About Dr. H R Nagendra (Guruji)

Dr. H RNagendra, PhDChancellor, SVYASA Yoga University, Bengaluru, www.svyasa.edu.in

In 2012, I attended an international conference on yoga at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala. Dr. H R Nagendra (Guruji) inspired me to write some papers for the event. During the conference, I had the privilege of meeting Swami Maheshananda Ji at his kuteer in Lonavala. It was Pujya Guruji’s blessings that brought me closer to Swami Maheshananda Ji through his book “Energy & Space Within and Beyond”, which ultimately led me to the concept of Ionized Plasma. Dr. H R Nagendra, also known as Guruji, is a highly respected figure and the chancellor of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandana Samsthana (SVYASA), a prestigious Yoga University located in Bengaluru. He is a prolific author with more than 35 books and over 100 papers on yoga and its applications, which have been published at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Prakashana (SVYP), Bengaluru. The Indian government has conferred him with the Padma Shri Award, and he has also received many other national and international accolades. Guruji is a consultant for several international universities, and he holds a senior consulting position in many departments associated with the Government of India. His vision is to create a platform where scientists and spiritual masters can come together to discuss the best of both worlds, i.e., “The Best of the West,” which is science, and “The Best of the East,” which is Yoga and Veda.

Inspiration

The impact of COVID-19 has been felt worldwide. During the outbreak, the World Health Organization (WHO) faced challenges in developing an effective vaccine to combat the virus due to its rapid spread and frequent mutations. This was unlike previous outbreaks of influenza A (H1N1) and Ebola, where the WHO was able to develop medicine to combat the epidemic as those viruses were not of exponential type and had fewer variant changes.

Meditation is a technique that can help find answers to complicated problems or situations that cannot be solved through step-by-step and scientific thinking. In the case of the influenza A [H1N1] and the Ebola virus, the medical alternative was discovered through deep meditation. The results were then published in books. One such book, “Spiritual Awareness against Influenza A [H1N1]” was published by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Prakashana in Bengaluru in 2010.

During one of my meditation sessions, the idea of using “Ionized Plasma” as a possible solution in the absence of a proper vaccine for COVID-19 arose. Despite months of efforts by medical science, a vaccine was not yet available. The focus of the meditation was to find a way to obtain pure, connected, and authentic ionized plasma after regular blood plasma had changed its properties to become ionized plasma. Based on positive results of meditation in complex viral situations, the self attempted to find a meditative solution to the mystery of COVID-19. The idea of obtaining “Ionized Plasma” emerged during meditation. This led to several questions, such as: how to obtain ionized plasma from blood, how to ensure its authenticity, how to preserve it, and how to demonstrate its effectiveness in combating COVID-19.To obtain ionized plasma, a solution was discovered through deep meditation and endorsed by the Upanishads. However, its scientific authenticity remained uncertain. To clarify this, the principles of plasma physics were considered to confirm its completeness.

The preservation and testing of a virus can be handled by biological scientists and medical doctors. A joint venture between spiritual masters and scientists seems to be an ideal solution for obtaining ionized plasma, proving its authenticity, preserving it for a certain period, and measuring the amount to help combat COVID-19. It is worth noting that “Ionized Plasma” is the purest form of blood and can be used to fight various deadly viruses, including cancer, but the amount required may vary.

During a discussion with various spiritual masters who were involved in deep meditation, the concept of using ionized plasma against viruses was brought up. Swami Maheshananda of Kaivalyadhama endorsed the idea, but only if the ionized plasma was obtained from a meditator’s body who meditated in the presence of “Effulgent Light” – the authentic sign of the presence of consciousness or the almighty. This indicates the presence of indwelling consciousness or Sakshi Chaitanya through “Turiya” (the gateway to enter the consciousness in the human brain). The blood plasma gets fully ionized in the presence of effulgent light in meditation, making it rich in ions and free from any charge (electrons). This kind of sample can be checked with the help of scientific instruments to acknowledge its authenticity like fully ionized plasma. The proposed concept of obtaining ionized plasma as a remedial measure for viruses, including COVID-19, can be explored by intellectuals. This is because in the future, there could be different catastrophic viruses that may arise due to global warming, rising sea levels, and melting of ice from the mountains. The connectivity of the human body and brain with different limbs of the universe, as indicated in Veda and Upanishads, supports this proposal.

Gratitude

During my first meeting with Swami Maheshananda ji, I discovered that he possessed a wide range of spiritual skills and knowledge, including contemporary science and its emergence from spiritual resources. However, many were not aware of his hidden divine potential because he would often mingle with people as a humorous Swami Ji while also being a true spiritual master for those seeking yogic science. As a common man’s Swami Ji, he would encourage devotees to visit “Lonavala” and “Khandala”, where they could interact with some of the Bollywood actors as Khandala is known to be a shooting place. Although Swami Maheshananda Ji was famous worldwide as a yogi with complete spiritual knowledge, many were unaware of his great depth of knowledge connected with modern science and its similarity with spiritual Vedic and yogic science. This hidden potential can be found in his books: “Highly Significant,” “Tools of Understanding,” and “The Book of OM,” where Dr. Stuart Rose is a co-author. During our conversation, Swami Ji asked me about heavy water, fission energy, and fusion energy, and their utility in Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC), in particular, and the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), in general. I was surprised by his questions, but I answered them to the best of my abilities. However, Swami Ji was not satisfied as he noticed that I was only working on yoga for alternative source to cure diseases. Pujya Swami Maheshananda Ji was aware of my book on swine flu and Ebola virus diseases as medical alternatives to cure the respective viruses. However, during our meeting, he challenged me to continue researching the application of yogic science along with modern science. For this, he asked his co-author Dr. Stuart Rose to provide me with the soft copy of “Energy and Space, Within, Outside, and Beyond” book. Realizing his profound knowledge of modern science and yogic science, I accepted his advice to work on the similarity of Vedic science and yogic science with modern science. Swami Maheshananda Ji was a vibrant personality in the spiritual field who attracted many people to rise on spiritual ladders. Some of my friends also benefited from Swami Ji’s blessings and expressed their views.. I am fortunate to have received the association of Swami Maheshananda Ji as a scientific guru during December 2012. I was lucky to have Swami Maheshananda Ji’s free time on the phone to get his consent in the future when I needed clarification on spiritual and modern science matters during our spiritual conversations. Whenever my work on science and spirituality was not on track, he would direct me by saying, “Think it over – think it over Pandey,” indicating that I was supposed to explore something more in the righteous direction to complete the subject matter. However, when I was on the right track, and the progress of the work was in the correct domain, he would bless me by saying, “Go ahead – Go ahead Pandey.” These two kinds of statements were good enough for me to explore scientific matters in the background of yogic science.  Taking his acceptance and blessing as “go ahead,” my innovative concept of achieving ionized plasma under the presence of effulgent light in meditation was approved by Swamiji after I provided clarification for his certain queries. He mentioned over the phone that “Go ahead Pandey, all spiritual masters should come forward to save human civilization by providing ionized plasma of deep meditation.” His blessing gave me the courage to publish an article and webinar on this topic. Now, I am completing the book connected with “Innovative Venture Between Science and Spirituality to Get Ionized Plasma as Alternative Source to Combat COVID-19”. My other friends have also expressed their gratitude and the same are as follows:

Our transformative journey commenced with a visit to the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Lonavala, Maharashtra, where our curiosity about yoga led us to an unexpected encounter with destiny. The profound insight that awaited us felt like a divine intervention, shaping the course of our lives in ways we could never have foreseen. Our purpose in visiting Lonavala was to meet Swami Maheshananda, a revered figure deeply immersed in the spiritual practices of the Kaivalyadhama ashram. As we explored the vast premises, we discovered him engrossed in a yagya at sunset, surrounded by the mesmerizing dance of flames and the rhythmic recitation of mantras. A magnetic pull urged us to approach, but out of respect for the sacred proceedings, we hesitated. In a gesture embodying the essence of yoga, Swami Maheshananda sensed our presence and beckoned us to wait. Assuring us that he would speak with us once the yagya concluded, we sat in quiet anticipation, absorbing the hypnotic beauty of the ceremony and Swami Maheshananda’s profound focus.

When the final members extinguished, Swamiji turned to us with a serene smile, as if recognizing our kindred spirits. His eyes, filled with wisdom, seemed to pierce into the depths of our souls. In our ensuing conversation, we eagerly sought guidance on embarking on a transformative journey of teaching yoga and establishing an institute.

With divine insight, Swami Maheshananda shared his vision. Encouraging us to establish a yoga institute in Nashik, he emphasized a holistic approach, delving into yoga’s spiritual and philosophical roots. The institute, he envisioned, would boast impeccable infrastructure, fostering an environment of serenity and intense focus. Swamiji stressed the importance of passing on the true essence of yoga through generations, creating legacy holders who would preserve and carry forward this sacred tradition. He passionately spoke of the need for authentic Indian yoga teachers, urging us to become custodians of the Bhartiya parampara, the ancient Indian tradition. Swamiji highlighted the significance of yog shastra, a science deeply rooted in the wisdom of the ages, and encouraged us to present this profound knowledge in a well-written and presentable format. His belief was that the wisdom of yoga should be shared with the world through the voices of those who had inherited it from their ancestors. Inspired by Swami Maheshananda’s words and blessings, we returned to Nashik and established the Sri Adiyog International Institute for Learning and Research. Our institute stands as a testament to the transformative power of a deliberate meeting with a sage who recognized our destiny in the ancient science of yoga. Swami Maheshananda’s vision has become a reality, and through our institute.

Humble and Floral Tribute to Swami Maheshananda

Prof. Sanjay Srivatsava, PhysicistFollower of teachings of Yogda Satsanga society of India, Ranchi founded by Sri Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda for more than 20 years for meditation and Contemplation

I had the privilege to meet Swami Maheshananda, then Director of Research, on my very first visit to the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute at Lonavala to attend the national conference on Mind, Matter and Consciousness in Nov 2014. My first impression of him was very down to earth, he looked very humble, polite, majestically poised, and full of energy; the whole aura was immersed in the sea of beatitude and bliss. He addressed the conference in a very simple language about consciousness and energy which was the main theme of the conference. The next day we small group had a personal interaction with Swami Ji at his ashram cottage. Swami Ji received us very gracefully and had a good time with him discussing Energy, Consciousness, Matter, Non-matter, Scientific spirituality, and other topics of interest. He stressed the study of the role of consciousness in particular related to the measurement problem in quantum physics. In return, I sent many books to the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute library; published by the Yogda Satsanga Society of India, a spiritual organization formed by my Guru and mentor by a Great Saint of East & West, Paramahamsa Yogananda. Swami Ji was very pleased and called me after receiving the books and much appreciated this small gesture with all his blessings. I pay from the bottom of my heart my very humble respect and regard to the Great Son of India. Maybe he is not present in the body but his grace and blessings are always there for one and all.

Foreword

By

Padmashri Dr. Prahlad Ramarao Ji, Pro-Chancellor; SVYASA yoga university, Bengaluru

Ex-distinguished scientist and chief controller R & D (Aero and SI) at DRDO,

Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India

The book titled “Innovative Venture between Science and Spirituality to Get Ionized Plasma as Medical Alternative to Combat COVID-19” by Professor A.N. Pandey delves into several important topics, including: I) The advantages and disadvantages of COVID-19 II) Revealing hidden secrets of nature (Prakriti) during the COVID-19 pandemic III) Utilizing the power of meditation to transform regular blood plasma into ionized plasma IV) Obtaining Ionized Plasma to combat COVID-19 V) Ensuring the authenticity of the proposed ionized plasma VI) Highlighting the importance of a joint venture to obtain Ionized Plasma as the alternative source.

The history of Ionized Plasma started during the eruption and spread of COVID-19 and the same has taken place all over the world since the last quarter of 2019. Since its (COVID-19) inception, the common people around the globe have experienced its havoc causing severe illnesses like respiratory disorders, circulatory turmoil, and digestive mess along with a sudden impact on the central nervous system. The multi-dimensional illness due to COVID-19 has caused terrifying death; when friends and relatives were not allowed to see even dead bodies. This kind of scenario (sudden illness and terrified death) is still screened in our memory. But, Prof. A. N. Pandey (author of the book) has mentioned the “Boon scenario of COVID-19” in an exhaustive way.

It is a well-known fact that whenever there is an unfortunate event in society or in an individual’s life, it is often accompanied by the possibility of a desirable outcome. It’s important for the victim to understand this. This means that whenever there is pain, there is also the potential for pleasure. This is because we live in a universe where duality plays a crucial role. Duality refers to the existence of opposites, such as pain and pleasure, profit and loss, respect and insult, and birth and death. This suggests that the COVID-19 pandemic may have brought about unknown scenarios in nature, which need to be explored for the benefit of humanity.

The book’s author, Professor A. N. Pandey, explores various scenarios in his book, including the positive contributions of COVID-19, the unique opportunities it provides for intellectuals, and the challenges it poses. He also suggests that COVID-19 presents a chance for scientists, intellectuals, and spiritual leaders to explore higher dimensions. Although it remains uncertain how much he will delve into the benefits of COVID-19 for these groups, it is clear that the pandemic has unveiled some previously hidden mysteries that must be addressed.

The book’s author has provided answers to several questions such as: What is ionized plasma? How can it be obtained? What is its significance in both spiritual and modern scientific fields? And, how can it be preserved and used to help the general public combat the virus within six months of COVID-19’s inception? The author also envisioned a blueprint for the alternative source to combat COVID-19 within six months of its global outbreak. This vision was obtained through Ashtanga Yoga, specifically through the practice of “Antaranga yoga” by Maharshi Patanjali, which involves concentration (Dharana), meditation (Dyana), and witnessing Sakshi Chaitanyam in a standstill condition (Samadhi). The author is confident in his ability to combat COVID-19 with yogic science, having successfully used it against swine flu and Ebola.

1. INTRODUCTION

The book titled “Innovative Venture between Science & Spirituality to Get Ionized Plasma as Alternative Source to Combat COVID-19” discusses the impact of the COVID-19 virus, its hidden benefits, and the connection between the human body and the universe. The book proposes that ionized plasma can be obtained through deep meditation under the presence of effulgent light, which is believed to be a sign of truth or reality that controls the universe. COVID-19 is the biggest pandemic observed in this century, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has been actively working to curb the virus by providing information about its variants, methods of transmission, and treatment options. WHO is also focused on finding a vaccine to combat the virus. The book covers various aspects of COVID-19, such as its media coverage, standard diagnosis methods, treatment options, the need for further research beyond conventional scientific research, and the complexity of the virus. During the pandemic, there was a financial crisis, especially for middle-class and lower-middle-class people, and cultural and entertainment activities were severely affected.

The topic at hand explores the negative impact of COVID-19, with a focus on the development of phobic anxiety in people during the pandemic. The discussion includes the following points: i) The sudden onset of phobic anxiety in people during COVID-19. ii) The effect of phobia on the nervous system. iii) The impact of phobic anxiety on the brain. iv) Phobia is a major cause of depression even in healthy societies. v) How phobia affects spiritual leaders. vi) The effect of unhealthy Ida, Pingla, and Sushumna nadis on yogis during COVID-19. To illustrate the gravity of the situation, images have been consolidated on the following subjects: a) The negative impact of COVID-19. b) The activities and mental state of people with phobic anxiety. c) The effect of phobic anxiety on the brain. d) How phobia affects spiritual leaders. e) How careless yogis became victims of COVID-19. During the pandemic’s most critical period, the World Health Organization, pharmaceutical industries, and semi-government institutions were unable to find a vaccine for COVID-19, as the virus was experiencing exponential growth with many variants in its nature. This situation lasted for about two years

During the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, intellectuals, and spiritual masters have observed many benefits associated with the virus. These include 1) the significant contributions of COVID-19, 2) the unique perspective it provides for intellectuals and spiritual masters, and 3) the opportunity it creates for the exploration of higher dimensions by intellectuals, scientists, and spiritual masters. The greatness of COVID-19 is explored by examining topics such as a) COVID-19’s roots b) the convergence of modern science and spirituality c) the role of Veda and Upanishad d) the support for modern and spiritual science in Vedic teachings and e) the challenge of COVID-19 from a Yogic Science perspective. The benefits of COVID-19 are illustrated through various images, such as the Veda and Upanishads focus on Truth and the Universe, and the advantages of combining Vedic and modern scientific knowledge. The 12th, 13th, and 14th verses of the 40th chapter of Yajur Veda also highlight the importance of eternal knowledge (Paravidya) and modern scientific knowledge (Apara vidya) together to understand the functional aspects of truth (Satyam) and enjoy the world.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us how unique it is in many ways. One of the main reasons for this is that it has emphasized the importance of three different human qualities: IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and SQ (Spiritual Quotient). These qualities are crucial in achieving a balanced and harmonious society in the 21st century, and they are located in specific parts of the brain that need to develop. During the lockdown, we explored several themes related to this uniqueness, including the reminder of the importance of these three human qualities, the inherent development of these qualities during the pandemic, and the development of the characteristics of IQ, EQ, and SQ. We also explored the role of the absolute, nature, and universe, and how nuclei (Bindu) function in the human body. Finally, we looked at the relationship between the material world and the absolute with six nuclei, and the role of science and yoga in the nucleus. Overall, COVID-19 has highlighted various aspects of our human system and the need to evolve for prosperity in the 21st century.

The COVID-19 pandemic has allowed intellectuals, scientists, and spiritual masters to explore higher dimensions. This opportunity encompasses various aspects, including i) The challenge of COVID-19 has forced intellectuals to dive deeper into their respective disciplines; ii) Intellectuals have become more committed and dedicated to taking on the COVID-19 challenge in an enthusiastic way; iii) The understanding of Astavakra Geeta enhances meditation; iv) Quantum mechanics fulfills the approach indicated in the meditation concept of Ashtavakra Gita; v) The description of SETU (sequential entanglement between truth and universe); vi) Establishment of Astavakra Mantra in SETU (Sequential Entanglement between Truth and Universe) model. The opportunity to explore the higher dimension of the mind (Brain) and science is summarized in several images, which include: a) The similarity between the gas chamber scenario of World War II and the lockdown condition; b) Astavakra Geeta is the driving force for meditation; c) Quantum probability in the human body and brain; d) Prayer of Taitriya Upanishad forms the Garland Similar to Setu describing functional aspects of “Ashtdha Prakriti”; e) Similarity of Ashtdha Prakriti in Garland of Setu Diagram; f) Separation of the body (Deham) from the subtle domain of the brain.

The chapter titled “Does Effulgent Light Exist as Truth?” establishes the validity of this concept (Effulgent Concept). The chapter covers various topics, including understanding effulgent light, its emergence in the universe, its mention in Mandal Brahman Upanishad, and its explanation by Rishi Maitri. It also explores the two kinds of effulgent light, the function of effulgent light, its advantages, and its important status. The chapter delves into the identification of effulgent light by other means or signs, as well as the connectivity of Gyan Agni at Chandra domain with truth or Satyam through Jivatma. The Taitriya Upanishad unveils the secret and advantage of effulgent light, which validates its presence as the sign of truth or consciousness and the controller of the universe. It is important to note that there are four Vedas, namely Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Atharva Veda, and Yajur Veda, with 108 Upanishads available at present. Adi Shankara has given his commentary on 11 Upanishads, including the Mandukya Upanishad, Mundako Upanishad, Maitriya Upanishad, Prashnopanishad, Kato Upanishad, Chandogya Upanishad, Brihadarnayaka Upanishad, Taitriya Upanishad, Isha Upanishad, Keno Upanishad, and Swetha Saptar Upanishad. Understanding these Upanishads can lead one to witness the effulgent light; the whole universe (Brahmand) emerges from the truth (effulgent light), which has been further clarified with the help of images to endorse the existence of effulgent light as truth (Parmatma or consciousness). The soundness of effulgent light is exhibited in images, including the characteristics of truth (Purusha) equated with sunrays, the emergence of light in the physical world from the truth (effulgent light), the illumination of the human body by the soul as Gyan Agni (effulgent light), the abode of truth, which is full of effulgent light, the devotional approach (Tattva Gyana) to acquire the truth (effulgent light), the connectivity of truth or Satyam at different parts of the universe and human system, and the impact of effulgent light on mind-stuff (chitta). These images are explored based on the facts explained in Bhagwad Gita and Upanishads and endorse the presence of effulgent light beyond and in the interstellar zone, in the interplanetary system in the balancing zone, and also in the gravitational field of the universe.

To experience the “Effulgent Light,” one can explore the brain using the Patanjali yoga sutra. This involves viewing the brain as the Chitta of the Inner instrument (Antahkarna). The clarity of the brain or Chitta is explained in the chapter “The brain viewed in Patanjali yoga sutra,” which covers the following topics: 1. The Chitta is the primary storage house for karma in the brain. 2. The rebirth concept is associated with the ingredients in Chitta, which is divided into three compartments. 3. The process of Mind Modification (Vritti) occurs in Chitta (brain). 4. Maharshi Patanjali provides a simple way of meditation that includes the sequential function of each hemisphere, including the central part (joint) between two lobes. To better understand the Patanjali Yoga Sutra, it’s helpful to use certain images, such as A. Chitta as a storage house for different karma and Vasana B. Karma phala data in the brain (Chitta) ensures the age of species with resources C. Important facts on meditation to understand the brain from a utility point of view to get evolved in spiritual dimensions. The brain serves as a storage house of imprints connected with action, which is utilized in meditation. The same (Chitta) provides many facts while performing the meditation. It’s worth noting that the three gunas are: 1. Sato Guna (Transparent quality having light) 2. Rajo Guna (Movement or momentum quality with distorted function) 3. Tamo Guna (still or moha or turbid quality). This indicates that the ingredients of Vritti will have an association of three qualities. The Tamo guna and Rajo guna quality ingredients in Vritti should be transformed into Sato guna. The word Nirodha means the separation of the ingredients connected with Tamo guna and Rajo guna after transforming their qualities into Sato guna. In this way, the three compartments of Chitta are tackled in three steps to get freedom from nature’s qualities.

At the beginning of meditation, the Tamo guna ingredients are activated from the still (Tamas) state to the movement condition (Rajas). In the second stage, all the ingredients of Rajo guna are transformed from a state of movement or momentum (Rajo guna) to a transparent or Prakash (light form) state. In the third stage of meditation, the ingredients are kept in the Prakash or glowing light (Sato guna condition) for a longer period, which is maintained with regular meditation. During the process of meditation, the storage house of karma at Chitta with three compartments is transformed into Sato guna qualities, which is full of effulgent light, the Swaroopa (mirror image) of truth or Parmatma. Obtaining this kind of scenario ensures that an individual’s own Swaroopa merges with the Swaroopa of truth. After understanding the concept of Patanjali yoga sutra, the connection between the human brain and meditation is discussed in Vedic science. In this context, the following views are explored: i) Rishi and the Human Brain and ii) Why the brain is used during meditation? iii) Meditation explores the different states of matter iv) Correlation of the Human Brain with plasma state of Matter v) Deep Meditation converts normal plasma in the human brain and body based on Upanishads vi) Description of Plasma zone in Science and how the Meditator can make use of the same vii) Which part of the brain can ensure ionized plasma? Furthermore, the connectivity between the brain and meditation is examined with the help of images like a) Indian Rishi Used the Brain as a Laboratory b) the Brain reflects consciousness and indwelling consciousness c) Nuclei in the brain explore the fourth and fifth states of matter in meditation d) Mandal Brahman Upanishad provides the authenticity for the transformation of ordinary blood plasma in the brain during meditation and e) Psychic tunnels ensure the ionization of blood plasma.

The chapter emphasizes how Indian Rishis used the brain as a laboratory to explore knowledge (Gyana and Vigyana) since the inception of human civilization. The brain is a vast reservoir that contains all the events and happenings of the universe since its birth. One can explore this reservoir by adopting certain aspects of concentration (Dharana) and contemplation (Dyana) processes. The Indian Rishis have given the methodology to explore the unknown from nature, which is known as meditation. The proper approach of Antaranga yoga (concerned with meditation) can explore many unknown concepts of nature from the interstellar zone, planetary zone, and milky galaxy that exists as a replica of the universe in different segments of the brain. The Rishis have taken the brain as the replica of the universe, where the meditational approach can be a driving force to explore the required knowledge needed for the welfare of human civilization. The topic “power of meditation to obtain the presence of effulgent light” provides many explanations, such as the process or method to visualize the effulgent light (Akashiy Bijilee) by the meditator. It also explains the progressive vision of effulgent light, ways to acquire it, and the advantages of effulgent light in meditation. Furthermore, it explains what the meditator does in meditation, the relation between three Antahkarna and Brahmand, the merger of an individual’s universe with universality (universe created by truth), and how the meditator gets connected with Turiya or Turiya teet. Other concepts include how the presence of effulgent light dissolves imprints in meditation, scenarios observed in deep meditation, essential factors for concentration before meditation, and the state of sthiti pragya in meditation that ensures the presence of ionized plasma. Additionally, the advantage of intense devotion (Parabhakti) in meditation is to keep the Chitta free from mind stuff (Vritti). In this connection, images like truth and its appearance in the universe tackled in meditation, the grace of truth being the presence of effulgent light, and the chronological order of meditation providing Paramshanti (Deep Peace) are discussed. The carrier (inner instrument) of transparent quality leads to the discovery of higher domains (plasma zone) in the cosmos, and the inner core of meditation of the brain fulfills the aim of meditation at three domains. It is also stated that a yogi does not have a worldly impact in the presence of effulgent light (Truth). This further clarifies the explanation.

The section explains that the Ultimate Truth and its manifestation in the universe can be understood through meditation. The explanation involves the concept of the nine Bindus (nuclei) that exist within the human body, brain, and beyond, which can be used to explain ultimate reality and creation as a whole. The chapter explores the image of the human body and beyond in great detail, providing the layout of Parabrahman at Bindu number 1A and Sakshi Chaitanyam at Bindu number 1. These two Bindus do not exist in the brain, but Bindu number 1 at Turiya point must be evolved for the entry of Parabrahman at Turiya teet (Bindu Number 1A). The next four Bindus (Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, Bindu number 4, and Bindu number 5) represent positions or asanas of Parabrahman in the universe. The human mind engrossed with desires (polluted right lobe) and impure thoughts (exist in the right lobe) will generate the knots for bondage at four appearances (Bindu number 5, Bindu number 4, Bindu 3, and Bindu 2 of Brahman in the universe). At the same time, when the human mind is free from desire (purified right lobe) and right thought (cleaned left lobe), it will eliminate or minimize the dust of knots prevailing due to impure lobes. In this condition, the four asanas (appearances of Brahman in the universe) will work as a reflector (mirror) for Sakshi Chaitanyam (indwelling consciousness at Bindu number 1) to get reflected in the different paths of the brain (sky of the brain). Meditation aims to make the domain of the brain free from any knots so that Paramprakash (the effulgent light), the identity of Param atma (Brahman or consciousness) existing at Turiya teet, can be reflected or visualized in meditation. Finally, the book emphasizes the importance of joint ventures among scientists, spiritual masters, medical doctors, and researchers in the pharmacy industry to validate ionized plasma, which can be obtained from spiritually developed meditators as a boon to serve future generations. The book provides the authenticity of ionized plasma by utilizing many Vedic verses, explanations given in many Upanishads, and by referring to the Bhagwad Gita. The scientific approach presented in the book is worth discussing.

2. CORONAVIRUS AS REPORTED IN THE MEDIA (BANE-1)

COVID-19 is the deadliest pandemic observed in this century. The World Health Organization (WHO) has been actively tracking this virus by providing information about its variants, methods of spread, and treatment options. The WHO is also working to develop a vaccine to combat COVID-19. However, WHO was able to inform all the countries regarding interim measures taken by them to curb the spread of the virus. Here is a brief report on their efforts.

2.0 About the Coronavirus disease

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a highly contagious viral illness caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The symptoms of COVID-19 vary from person to person but commonly include fever, cough, fatigue, breathing difficulties, and loss of smell and taste.

These symptoms appear within one to fourteen days after exposure to the virus. Approximately one in five infected individuals do not exhibit any symptoms. Although most people have mild symptoms, some experience severe effects such as Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), which includes severe fatigue, memory loss, low-grade fever, muscle weakness, and breathlessness.

2.1 How does the Virus spread?

COVID-19 is a virus that spreads from person to person through respiratory droplets or aerosols. These particles are released when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks, sings, or breathes. When these particles containing the virus get into the mouth, nose, or eyes of another person in close contact with the infected person, a new infection can occur. The larger droplets fall to the ground, while the smaller aerosols can travel longer distances. However, larger droplets may also evaporate into smaller aerosols, known as droplet nuclei. It’s important to maintain a safe distance from others and wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Genetic analysis has revealed that the coronavirus genetically clusters with the genus Betacoronavirus, in subgenus Sarbecovirus (lineage B), together with two bat-derived strains. It is 96% identical at the whole genome level to other bat coronavirus samples (BatCov RaTG13) [42] [43]. The structural proteins of SARS-CoV-2 include membrane glycoprotein (M), envelope protein (E), nucleocapsid protein (N), and spike protein (S).

The Variant of Concern 202012/01 (VOC 202012/01) I (Variant of Concern 202012/01 (VOC-202012/01; also known as lineage B.1.1.7) is a variant of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19[2]. The Variant was first detected in October 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom from a sample taken the previous month [3], which quickly began to spread by mid- December.

It correlated with a significant increase in the rate of COVID-19 infection in the United Kingdom; the increase thought to be at least partly because of change N501Y (see nomenclature for mutations) inside the spike glycoprotein‘s receptor-binding domain, needed for binding to ACE2 in human cells. The Variant is also notable for its high number of mutations contained compared to the recorded trend to date, believed to have emerged in the United Kingdom in September.

The 501.V2 Variant, or simply 501.V2, is a variant of SARS-CoV-2—the virus that causes COVID-19. The Variant was first detected in the Nelson Mandela Bay[1] metropolitan area of the Eastern Cape province of South Africa[2] and reported by the country’s health department on 18 December 2020) which has the same N501Y mutation and arose independently in South Africa

2.1.1 The manner of diagnosis

The most common way to diagnose COVID-19 is through a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test, which involves taking a sample from the back of a person’s nose and throat. The virus that causes COVID-19 can spread through small droplets and aerosols that are released into the air when an infected person talks, coughs, sneezes, sings, or breathes. These droplets and aerosols can contain the virus, and if they come into contact with a healthy person’s mouth, nose, or eyes, that person may become infected.

COVID-19 primarily spreads through respiratory droplets or aerosols that are exhaled by an infected person. These droplets or aerosols can infect others who are in close contact with the infected person. Closer distances can involve larger droplets (which fall to the ground) and aerosols, whereas longer distances only involve aerosols. The larger droplets may also evaporate into aerosols (known as droplet nuclei).

2.1.2 The Treatment

The management of COVID-19 involves providing supportive care such as fluid therapy, oxygen support, and assisting affected vital organs. The World Health Organization (WHO) has been in the process of including Dexamethasone in their treatment guidelines for hospitalized patients. Dexamethasone has also been recommended for consideration in Australian guidelines for patients requiring oxygen. Apart from WHO guidelines, many countries have tried conventional plasma therapy as a means to combat COVID-19, but it has not been successful. However, after two years of research and development efforts, many countries have found effective treatments for COVID-19 with certain variations. As a result, vaccines have been developed in many countries, which have been deemed effective in the fight against COVID-19.

2.2 Need for Other than Conventional Scientific Research

International research on vaccines and medicines for COVID-19 is being conducted by government organizations, academic groups, and industry researchers. While there has been a great deal of research on COVID-19 involving accelerated research processes and publishing shortcuts to meet global demand, the results seem to be effective only for a limited time. This suggests that there will be a need for booster doses of the vaccine in the long run to keep the COVID-19 in check.

Although, the vaccine for COVID-19 has been obtained in many countries and found to be effective, other alternatives could also be explored so that alternatives can combat any changes in the virus’s structure and its spread.

2.3 Complexity of virus though a challenge still an opportunity

The challenge of creating a foolproof vaccine against COVID-19 is complex and requires input from both spiritual masters and modern medical scientists. By examining the pros and cons of various approaches, we can achieve a sustainable vaccine. This challenge can be seen as an opportunity to explore different concepts and processes in spirituality and medical science. Practitioners of spirituality can investigate the concepts given in the Veda, Upanishad, and yoga to find solutions.

Meditation can provide solace if the results meet the parameters of Plasma Physics. Combining meditation and plasma physics could lead to the creation of ionized plasma, which may help combat COVID-19. As a result, further research on ionized plasma will be explored.

3. HAVOC OF COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACT ON THE BRAIN CONNECTED WITH PHOBIC ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION (BANE -2)

An epidemic like COVID-19 can have catastrophic consequences on the lives of those who get infected. However, the impact of such an epidemic does not end there. Survivors of the disease may suffer from a range of mental illnesses such as fear, anxiety, and depression that may persist as trauma for a long time, if not for life. The horrible impact of COVID is explored and connected with higher levels of disorder in the brain; which are connected with phobic anxiety and depression and the same are very harmful for the individual as well as for society, if not taken care of properly. This is because; the impact of phobic anxiety destroys a healthy society including Spiritual Masters. COVID-19 alarmed the intellectuals and spiritual masters to combat the phobic anxiety and depression with the help of yogic means; otherwise, the severity of the impact will persist in individuals and the destruction of society.

3.0 Havoc of COVID-19 during lockdown

The devastating effects of COVID-19 have been linked to increased levels of brain disorder, which can lead to phobic anxiety and depression. If left unaddressed, these conditions can be harmful not only to the individual but also to society as a whole. Phobic anxiety can have a destructive impact on a healthy society, including spiritual leaders. In response to the pandemic, intellectuals and spiritual leaders have been called upon to combat phobic anxiety and depression using yogic techniques. Failure todo so could result in continued negative impacts on individuals and society.

3.1 Havoc of covid-19 and its unique panorama

The COVID-19 pandemic spread rapidly from China to the rest of the world within a short period of time due to its exponential nature and many variants. To minimize its spread, countries around the globe have implemented lockdown measures. Although these measures have had a positive impact, the virus’ complexity has made it challenging to manage the death toll.

The pandemic has caused havoc for almost three years, from the last quarter of 2019 to 2022. During this period, people had to manage within the confines of their homes, often with all family members present and without any specific work. The financial world was in turmoil, especially for those in the middle and lower-middle class. The pandemic also led to the absence of cultural and entertainment activities, which left people feeling phobic. This, in turn, made people sick due to the increased levels of oxidative stress and a reduction in the level of antioxidants and glutathione.

3.2 Visible COVID-19 impact

The fear due to the phobia of COVID-19 was very deep in people’s minds, as the whole world was suffering from the impact of the pandemic. Whereas, WHO and Pharmaceutical industries along with semi-government institutions were unable to find the “Vaccine” for the pandemic as the same (COVID-19) was having exponential growth with many variants in its nature. This situation lasted for about 2 years. Even after finding the vaccine, the results of the vaccine against COVID-19 are not sustainable; however, COVID-19 has hidden uniqueness connected with “Quotients” of the different parts of the brain namely i)IQ(intelligent quotient) ii) EQ (Emotional Quotient) and iii) SQ (Spiritual Quotient). They (IQ, EQ, and SQ) explore the unique panorama of Covid-19.

The image briefly describes the Havoc of COVID-19 that was experienced for about three years (Last quarter of 2019-2022); when people were kept in Lockdown condition mostly. During the lockdown period, the people have to manage within limited space in the house with all members of the family without having any specific job. There was turmoil in the financial world, especially for middle-class and lower-middle-class people. The cultural and entertainment activities were completely absent. This kept the people in a “Phobic condition”; which in turn, made the people sick due to an increase in oxidative stress and a reduction in the level of antioxidants and glutathione.

The fear caused by the phobia of COVID-19 was deeply ingrained in people’s minds as the whole world suffered from the impact of the pandemic. Despite efforts by the WHO, pharmaceutical industries, and semi-government institutions, a vaccine for the pandemic was elusive due to the exponential growth and multiple variants of COVID-19. This situation persisted for about two years. Even after the vaccine was found, its effectiveness against COVID-19 was not sustainable, leading spiritual leaders and medical professionals to jointly explore alternative solutions to rid the world from the virus. The uniqueness of COVID-19 also prompted intellectuals to analyze the root of the phobia and its damaging effects.

3.3 Sudden development of Phobic anxiety in the minds of people during COVID-19

During peak hours of COVID-19, there was phobic anxiety among the people, especially in the minds of intellectuals; this is because there were not any defined routine jobs, at the same time, they were very much afraid of COVID-19 pandemic as the number of death reported in the media was touching a new record in the subsequent day. We know that fear and phobic anxiety are integrally connected; because of this, both (Fear and Phobic anxiety) create a great impact on the unconscious and subconscious minds of individuals, especially intellectuals. This, in turn, has a greater impact on our immunity to the blood cells. This is a well-known fact that the covid-19 was attacking deeper, especially at the blood cell level; because of this, the poor immune capability of blood cells due to phobic anxiety and fear was a helping hand for COVID-19 to provide the sudden impact on blood cells. This (Phobic anxiety) in turn, was the main cause for accelerating the Killer impact of Covid-19.

Let us know how phobic anxiety acts on the different limbs of the brain.

3.4 Phobia and its effect on the nervous system

It is a commonly observed fact that even intellectuals, including scientists and spiritual leaders, may experience some degree of fear, anxiety, phobia, or depression. While a small amount of these emotions is normal and does not have a significant impact on the nervous system, excessive levels can lead to exhaustion and illness. The image titled “Phobic People and Their Activities” illustrates the behaviors and traits associated with individuals experiencing phobic anxiety.

The image is self-explanatory and connected with a depressed man, which indicates what the mental actions of depressed people under phobic anxiety will be. The minimization of fear, phobic anxiety, and depression is a crucial issue for a psychologist as well as for the spiritual master. Every discipline of medical science and religion, along with spiritual masters, tries to provide the best possible solution.

That is why every religion provides relaxation techniques to minimize fear so that people do not become victims of fear, phobic anxiety, and depression. In the present-day scenario, yoga with deep relaxation techniques helps the common mass, including intellectuals, to be free from the excessive situations caused by them. A yogic approach would suggest that fear, hatred, jealousy, and anger harm the nervous system. Avoidance or aversion to things or situations is due to a phobic attitude.

3.5 – Effect of Phobic Anxiety on the Brain

Anxiety states are caused by overstimulation of the autonomic nervous system. Emotional states like fear, phobic anxiety, and depression affect the limbic and psychic centers in the brain which in turn stimulate the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus then activates the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and endocrine system to respond to the threat.

The parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems are responsible for controlling the body’s automatic processes. Together with the endocrine system, they regulate the respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, and excretory system. However, when experiencing fear, phobic anxiety, or depression, these systems can become imbalanced, causing disruptions in bodily functions such as digestion, respiration, and blood pressure.

When we experience panic and anxiety, our sympathetic nervous system gets activated, leading to the secretion of hormones such as thyroxin and adrenaline from the thyroid and adrenals, respectively. Prolonged imbalance in the autonomic nervous system and endocrine system due to high levels of anxiety and panic can lead to exhaustion and depression and may weaken our immune system, making us more vulnerable to illnesses like COVID-19.

3.6 How phobia affects the spiritual masters

Fear, phobic anxiety, and depression affect the yogic chakra in many ways. For example, phobic anxiety and fear affect the Mooladara chakra. However, the Manipura chakra will try to counteract the same, as this chakra is a reservoir for physical strength. If this chakra (Manipura chakra) is very weak, then fear, phobic anxiety, and depression will persist for a longer time, and the same will have an impact on the central nervous system.

In this connection, note that the Agna chakra (center or midpoint between two eyebrows) is responsible for tackling the site of mental worry. Similarly, the throat center (Vishudhi chakra) and heart center (Anahata chakra) are responsible for the power of speech and the development of courage, respectively. If these chakras are weak along with the Manipura chakra, then the chronic scenario of fear, phobic anxiousness, and depression could persist for a longer time.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, yoga gained popularity as a way to strengthen the body’s chakra and combat the virus. Those who followed the World Health Organization’s guidelines and practiced yoga, including asanas, Pranayama, and meditation, even in their homes rather than public spaces, experienced less severe impacts of COVID-19. This unique phenomenon highlights the potential benefits of yoga in the fight against the virus.

3.7 Phobia is the major cause of depression even in a healthy society

Fear, excessive anger, phobic anxiety, and depression (all of these) belong to one family and any among them will accelerate the diseases killer diseases, especially covid-19. According to therapists, fear is a normal physical response to an external threat’, an ‘appropriate’ response to imminent danger; while anxiety is a fear reaction without a clear or ‘sensible’ cause, an ‘inappropriate’ response. This means that anxiety will be a little different in the background of fear. In this way, it can be understood that Anxiety can be ‘free-floating’; this can lead to chronic and not attached to any specific situation. –Anxiety states are also related to ‘neurotic’ disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, and also to organic brain syndromes.

Fear and anxiety together lead to Depression. Normally, Phobic people choose the “flight” responses but not the “fight” responses. Hence as a result of the imbalance caused in the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems due to flight responses; the result surfaced in the form of chronic depression.

3.8 How Yogi got affected during COVID-19 due to unhealthy Ida, Pingla, and Sushumna nadis

There are three main nadis in the body system and they are i) Ida ii) Pingla and iii) Sushumna Nadi. In case of fear, phobic anxiety, and depression, the function of Ida and Pingla nadis are very much affected. It should be noted that Ida is linked to the left side of the body and the right side of the brain, moving in the left nostril; while Pingla controls the right side of the body and left side of the brain and moves in the right nostril. Ida and Pingla meet and cross at Manipura chakra, Anahata chakra, Vishuddi chakra, and Agna chakra.

The meeting points of these chakras are connected with Sushumna Nadis; which is centrally located and moves up to the crown chakra (Top of the brain). Unhealthy Ida is said to result is related to introversion, depression and paranoia, and ongoing mental tensions; while unhealthy Pingla is related to lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle, and overeating. Since Ida relates to the parasympathetic nervous system and Pingla to the sympathetic nervous system; an imbalance in these nadis will reflect an imbalance in the systems, as in a panic attack. This clarifies that Bahiranga yoga and Antaranga yoga together will protect the individual from the impact of fear, phobic anxiety, and depression. At the same time, the severe impact of COVID-19 can also be tackled to some extent.

In the coming chapters, what the mass populace perceives as a curse, could if you are spiritually inclined, make you view it as an opportunity to start your life afresh and gain from the insights that you receive. In this chapter, we have discussed Phobia and how it affects the nervous system and the activities of phobic individuals. The endocrine system, as well as the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems, are responsible for regulating the four major systems of the body, which are the respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, and excretory system. When a person experiences fear, phobic anxiety, or depression, these systems can become imbalanced, leading to problems such as indigestion, difficulty breathing, and changes in blood pressure.

4. GREAT CONTRIBUTION OF COVID-19 (BOON-1)

COVID-19 has been perceived as a curse. But those with spiritual leanings see it as a ‘lesson to be learned’ that could bring about a positive change or the start of a new life. Let us see how.

4.0 COVID-19 forces us to look forward toward its root

The COVID-19 pandemic took the world by surprise with its various variants. It posed a significant challenge for modern science and the medical world to find an appropriate cure or vaccine for it. However, due to the constantly changing nature of the virus, scientists were unable to establish a common base to explore its roots. Similarly, spiritual leaders were also unable to provide a simple framework to address the pandemic’s various forms.

Scientists and spiritual masters face a challenge in finding the root of the COVID-19 solution. The pandemic presented peculiar characteristics that require new skills to overcome. It is a well-known fact that the challenge is a difficult one, and a new kind of skill has to be explored to counter it. Therefore, COVID-19 can be considered a boon for the 21st century, as it compelled us to combat the pandemic effectively. In this way, COVID-19 provides an opportunity for scientists and spiritual masters to explore their knowledge in their respective fields and to find solutions to the pandemic.

4.1 COVID-19 brings Modern Science and Spirituality together

The COVID-19 pandemic struck the world and caused a high number of fatalities due to its rapid spread. Many treatments were tested, but none were proven to be effective. The traditional plasma therapy involved taking plasma from recovered individuals but it did not yield positive results. The World Health Organization (WHO) was working hard to obtain a vaccine from reputable pharmaceutical companies and government organizations, but the pandemic’s exponential spread was causing delays. Spiritual leaders also tried to find alternative medical solutions during this uncertain time.

Given the absence of a proven approach for the COVID-19 vaccine, it may be worth exploring an integrated approach that connects modern science with spirituality, specifically Vedic and yogic science. A promising scenario could involve collaboration between scientists (Medical Science) and practitioners of yogic science (Meditation) to identify remedial measures to combat COVID-19. By combining the knowledge of plasma physics related to interstellar, interplanetary, and background domains with the practice of Antaranga yoga (a part of Aastang yoga), the scientific and spiritual communities could work together to find an authentic solution for the COVID-19 vaccine. This joint effort between scientists and spiritual masters could lead to a solution to combat the pandemic’s effects.

During the lockdown, it became apparent that spiritual masters turned to the wisdom of Veda and Upanishad for guidance and validation in their meditative practices. These ancient Indian scriptures offer a means of exploring difficult situations like the COVID-19 pandemic through the lens of Vedic science, which connects with modern science and provides a bridge between special knowledge (Para Vidya) and general knowledge (Apara Vidya). Essentially, Veda and Upanishad provide a spiritual foundation for understanding the world and offer valuable insights for navigating challenging times.

4.2 What is Veda?

Veda deals with every aspect of creation along with the universe, including human beings, so that the believer of God or believer of self (Pretending to be a Non-Believer of God) has to take Veda as a manual for the manifestation, maintenance, repair, and destruction of the universe. This means that the Non-believer of God has to work on the logic dealing with the Manual of machine or instrument utilizing Veda, which is the complete document of creation.

In this connection, it should be noted, that Veda was written many hundred thousand years ago as a complete manual containing knowledge of the creation of the universe, maintenance, and destruction of the same, including human beings.

The image describes that there are four Vedas, namely, Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Atharva Veda, and Yajur Veda. Upanishads explain the Holy Spirit of Veda, and there are 108 numbers available at the present day. From them, Adi Shankara has given his commentary on 11 Upanishads and they are Mandukya Upanishad, Mundako Upanishad, Aitriya Upanishad, Prashnopanishad Kato Upanishad, Chandogya Upanishad, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, Taitriya Upanishad, Isha Upanishad, Keno Upanishad and Swetha Saptar Upanishad. Understanding these Upanishads can lead one to witness the effulgent light, which is the sign and presence of consciousness (Parmatma or Brahman).

The Veda is a vast collection of texts containing one lakh verses, many of which are repeated. However, the Bhagavad Gita is considered a condensed form of the Veda, as it consists of only seven hundred verses. In this text, Lord Krishna reveals the mystery of the Supreme’s function at six nuclei in chronological order. This layout, which is revealed by Lord Krishna in verses two to six of Chapter VIII while answering Arjuna’s question, applies to both the Universe (macrocosmic) and human beings (microcosmic). This is because each human being is a replica of the Universe.

4.3 Veda supports modern science and spiritual science similar to the concept provided by Lord Buddha in four Noble paths

The Veda doesn’t oppose modern science, which is known as “Gyana” or “Apara Vidya.” It strongly supports modern science. The Veda divides all knowledge into two parts: Vidya, which is knowledge that exists eternally, and Avidya, which is changeable knowledge. This is described in the Mundako Upanishad as Paravidya and Apara Vidya. Para Vidya is associated with the “Akshar Padarth,” which exists eternally and never dies even during the dissolution of the universe. That’s why it’s known as “Vigyana” or “Special Knowledge.”

All types of learning, except for Paravidya (Special Knowledge about Truth), are categorized as Apara Vidya. Subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, geology, psychology, neurology, sociology, and other areas of knowledge fall under Apara Vidya. The Veda, Upanishad, Bhagavad Gita, and Brahma Sutra are the connecting links between Para Vidya and Apara Vidya. However, once complete knowledge of Paravidya is attained, these texts are no longer followed and are set aside.

According to Vedic science, there are three fundamental elements: i) God (Param atma or Brahman), ii) Soul (Atma including Jivatma), and iii) Primordial Matter or Nature (Prakriti). These three elements are classified under Paravidya, which means they are eternal. On the other hand, there are numerous changeable elements referred to as apara vidya, which are not eternal concerning time. The Vedas emphasize the importance of knowing both Paravidya and apara vidya to achieve complete evolution.

In support of this, verses number 12, 13, and 14 of the 40th chapter in Yajur Veda; which is as follows:-

The Yajur Veda explains that those who only follow Apara Vidya, which is changeable knowledge, may lead a life of

pleasure-seeking. They use their partial knowledge for personal growth and remain ignorant of the possibility of Para Vidya or eternal learning. On the other hand, those who only pursue Para Vidya, eternal knowledge, are also in the dark as they fail to understand the function of biological life that forms the basis of evolution.

Verse number 12 of Yajur Veda emphasizes that not understanding Apara Vidya can hinder the understanding and inculcation of Para Vidya during evolution. Learned people state that the fruits of Apara Vidya, connected with biological life, and Paravidya, connected with truth, are different. This is endorsed by verse number 13 of Yajur Veda’s 40th chapter. Verse number 14 of Yajur Veda states that those who are well-versed in Apara Vidya enjoy worldly pleasures without much difficulty but remain in the cycle of life after death. Those who know both Apara Vidya and Paravidya can enjoy worldly pleasures and overcome the cycle of birth and death, achieving freedom (Mukti) or amartha. This is the main purpose of coming into the universe.

The Yajurveda states that knowing Scientific Knowledge (Apara Vidya) can help people maintain good health and enjoy a good life in this world. Similarly, those who are well-versed in Vedic Knowledge (Para Vidya) can attain higher levels of consciousness (Chetana) without any disturbances. If one acquires both Apara Vidya and Para Vidya, one can enjoy worldly pleasures and also experience the bliss of truth.

It should be understood that Veda does not reject the idea of leading a worldly life. Instead, it encourages individuals to lead a spiritual life while also engaging in worldly activities. In other words, Veda does not disregard the importance of worldly life; it simply stresses the importance of maintaining a balance between the two.

Furthermore, Lord Buddha established a connection between modern science and spirituality through a concept called the “Four Noble Paths of Buddha”. According to Lord Buddha, any problem can be tackled by reaching the root of the problem. For instance, COVID-19 is a disease caused by a specific reason. Scientists may discover remedies for the disease, but it persists even after the vaccine is administered. Lord Buddha suggests that exploring the root cause of the disease can lead to a lasting and sustainable solution against it.

4.4 The challenge of Covid 19 viewed in Yogic Science

During the current pandemic, many spiritual thinkers, including myself, have turned to the field of spirituality and yoga for possible solutions. This is because the medical community was struggling to get its vaccine for combating the coronavirus of changing variants. This has posed spiritual masters to look into the vedic science and yogic together to get any clue to obtain the solution against this pandemic.

We have consulted ancient texts such as the Veda and Upanishad, as well as modern yogic science, in search of any potential remedies. Though, direct knowledge from Veda and Upanishad was not available; however, the meditational approach seems to be lucrative as the same (meditation) provides the similarity in space travel in microcosm and macrocosm. In the past, during the outbreaks of the Swine Flu (H1N1) and the Ebola virus, I also used yogic science to find medical alternatives for those diseases. Through deep meditation, I was able to find encouraging solutions to combat these viruses. Specifically, I found that Bahiranga yoga, which is a part of the Ashtanga yoga of Patanjali, was effective in combating Swine Flu and Ebola. However, in the case of COVID-19, only Antaranga yoga, which consists of Dharana, Dyana, and Samadhi parts of Ashtanga yoga, has shown promise in combating the effects of the virus.

The concepts related to swine flu have already been published in the form of an article or book by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Prakashana, Bengaluru in 2010, and also by Lambert academic publication, Germany in 2011. Similarly, a link to an article on Yoga – A medical alternative to Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) by Prof A N Pandey is available at www.yogicconcepts.in. The article discusses obtaining a medical alternative for swine flu (H1N1) and Ebola virus disease (EVD) through a yogic approach and suggests that a team consisting of spiritual masters, biologists, medical doctors, and highly trained pharmacists is needed to combat COVID-19. The outcome of teamwork could be obtained by establishing a joint venture of the above team members. We shall explore more in the next chapter, to understand how we can make the best out of a bad situation.

5. UNIQUENESSOF COVID-19 FOR INTELLECTUALS DURING ITS HAVOC (Boon-2)

There are unique aspects to the COVID-19 pandemic that have caused widespread havoc. These aspects are primarily related to the development of three human quotients: IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and SQ (Spiritual Quotient). In the 21st century, it is essential to develop these qualities to achieve social and emotional balance in society. The nuclei of these qualities exist in certain parts of the brain and must be evolved. This is because these quotients became hidden due to the vast development of IQ in the modern era leaving behind EQ and SQ. During the span of COVID-19 (about 3 years), the forceful joint family structure blossomed up these quotients especially, EQ and SQ. In brief, the emotional quotient and spiritual quotients were neglected because of the nuclear family structure in the past.

The uniqueness of COVID-19 forced spiritual masters to compare the layout of the microcosm (Human body and brain) with the macrosom (Universe) bringing out similarities among the nuclei. This kind of analysis is helpful for modern scientists and also for the spiritual master to understand the importance of a common platform long ago suggested by Swami Vivekananda.

5.0 Importance of the three Major Quotients of the Human System in the 21st Century

During the COVID-19 lockdown, people were forced to stay indoors and this led to a lot of energy conservation. As a result, individuals had more time to focus on personal growth and development. The lockdown provided an opportunity for people to develop their IQ, EQ, and SQ. IQ is developed since birth through healthy food, a supportive family and social environment, and proper education. However, EQ and SQ are often neglected. EQ refers to emotional intelligence, which is the ability to understand oneself and others, manage emotions, and develop positive relationships. SQ refers to spiritual intelligence, which is the ability to find meaning and purpose in life and to connect with the self and others on a deeper level. Developing these quotients can lead to a more prosperous and fulfilling life.It is commonly known that we have an intelligence quotient (IQ), but we also possess an emotional quotient (EQ) and spiritual quotient (SQ) that are often ignored and undeveloped. Out of the three, having a developed emotional quotient is particularly important in our relationships with family, colleagues, friends, and acquaintances.

Typically, intelligent people tend to be envious of others’ accomplishments. This envy often leads to a lack of appreciation for the achievements of those around them, such as colleagues, friends, relatives, and associates. The absence of appreciation (EQ) in the minds of intelligent people can result in negative behavior while interacting with people, objects, places, and situations. It is important to note that having a high emotional quotient is not limited to expressing affection, compassion, mercy, and charity. Instead, it is expressed through sensitivity in every area where our mind is used.

The image describes that Intelligent Quotient (IQ) is essential in the age of artificial intelligence, especially for making use of virtual images and cloud computing. Likewise, EQ (emotional quotient) is needed to pat and appreciate others for their achievements, that are associated. EQ helps to grow the individual and society.

Similarly, SQ (spiritual quotient) is necessary for deep thinkers, writers, scientists, and spiritual masters to explore the unknown in nature. It helps to explore ionized plasma satisfying with plasma parameters. The intellectuals who possess EQ will progress as they develop the purity of the Right Lobe connected with the emotional quotient. The development of the Right Lobe is the prime factor in Yoga, so intelligent people will have only needed “desire” and will not function as Day Dreamers. In addition, the purity and Energization of the right lobe will show the righteous way to lead living life.

5.1 COVID-19 infused inherent development in Human Quotient

Despite the havoc of COVID-19, there were certain silent developments in the human brain connected with the quotients, which in turn provided some changes in an individual’s mind against Failure, Frustration, Boredom, and Misery. At the same time, an individual has little change in behavioral patterns when among associates, relatives, and friends. In addition, he has the impact of developed IQ, EQ, and SQ, even in the worst situation scenario of Lockdown conditions.

5.2 The characteristics of IQ, EQ, and SQ were developed during COVID-19

In the case of IQ, self-respect demand is very high in respect of desire, expectation, and need. For instance, the desire for material objects and expectations from others are very prominent requirements of the intelligence quotient. It is not wrong to deal with the materialistic world. In EQ, intelligent people need some pat (acceptance and appreciation from others) amid desire and need. Intelligent people often feel discouraged when they don’t receive appreciation for a job well done. This lack of recognition can make them lose enthusiasm and motivation while performing their duties. Therefore, it’s important for individuals who work in groups or are intimately associated with each other to have emotional intelligence. This will help to create a positive work environment and foster better relationships among colleagues.

The EQ was indirectly or directly developed in intelligent people during the COVID-19 lockdown period. The Spiritual Quotient (SQ) is highly essential for religious individuals and spiritual masters to evolve in their quest for truth. However, the same (SQ) is also crucial for the common intelligent population to have more tolerance, acceptance, approval, and compassion towards their daily associates. This (SQ) can only be cultivated when the Emotional Quotient (EQ) is fully developed.” During the COVID-19 lockdown, some people were able to develop their spiritual quotient (SQ). However, religious individuals and spiritual masters saw significant growth in their SQ as they approached the pandemic with positivity. Generally, people are too busy to appreciate and acknowledge the good things achieved during the rat race of everyday life.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, people were forced to stay at home and had more free time than usual. This allowed intelligent individuals to develop their emotional intelligence (EQ) and partially achieve spiritual intelligence (SQ). The absence of the typical rat race during this time provided an opportunity for personal growth and development. To ensure fairness, it is important to develop emotional intelligence or SQ. This involves balancing one’s desires, expectations and needs for both self-esteem and self-motivation using Vedic concepts that are rational, systematic, and logical.

The following image illustrates the significance and usefulness of IQ, EQ, and SQ in today’s world, particularly when dealing with artificial intelligence (AI). Through meditation, wise spiritual leaders have developed all three (IQ, EQ, and SQ), even in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite being surrounded by an unhealthy environment, these spiritual masters have benefited from evolving their SQ during this challenging time.

The unique contribution of COVID-19 concerning IQ, EQ, and SQ has also shown the way to the spiritual master as well as to the scientist to look forward in their respective domain of research. This in turn also compels the spiritual masters and medical science to explore alternate resources against COVID-19 jointly; so that, the people of the world can get rid of viruses like COVID-19. To understand the higher quotients in the human brain, the functional aspects of nuclei (Bindu) representing the particle and wave distribution center in the human body and brain have to be analyzed and understood. It is interesting to note that the nuclei (Bindu) arrangement by nature (Prakriti) provides symmetry in its (nature’s) function to keep a stable universe (Brahmand).

5.3 How do Nuclei (Bindu) function in the universe and Human system?

The Bindu (nucleus) diagram indicates the existence of different nuclei (Bindu) having energy, space, and consciousness linked together. Energy represents the networking process, space is connected with the trafficking aspect and consciousness is concerned with the balancing of networking and trafficking.

This kind of concept exists in each nucleus of the human body and brain and also in the universe. Among them, six nuclei are very important to have symmetry in the universe among stars, sun, galaxy, moon, and earth. This indicates Bindu (nucleus) number 1 is the controlling aspect of the universe and the human brain and body. This means that Bindu number 1 (nucleus) is the controller of the individual (microcosm) and the universe (macrocosm).

The diagram shows that energy, space, and consciousness are also closely related to nuclei, which are represented by numbers 3, 2, and 1 respectively. Similarly, the fourth aspect of Bindu (nucleus) is the linking mechanism of body and brain, known as Vishuddi chakra in yoga. The fifth aspect represented by number 5, is the jivatma or any living being that exists. Number 6 represents Bhoutik loka, which is the material world, we inhabit. Therefore, in all six aspects, only Truth or Parmatma can witness the existence of each nucleus. Each nucleus has its energy, space, and consciousness. The analysis of the Bindu (nucleus) diagram indicates that the truth (Parmatma) is living somewhere else in Turiya teet and coming up to 1 to 6 layers and that way the whole universe and whole body are functioning in symmetry. The layers distributions are as follows: in between 6 to 5 there is 1st layer, in between 5 to 4 there is 2nd layer, in between 4 to 3 there is 3rd layer, in between 3 to 2 there is 4th layer and in between 2 to 1 there is 5th layer. So, the whole universe is divided into 5 layers for that and all creation proposes.

In the Human system, the turyiya (top of the head) also known as the crown is the entry point for Truth (Paramatma), and the same is known as the nucleus (Bindu) for the witnessing point (Sakshi Chaitanya). In this way, the largest energy nucleus is the turiya. Nucleus 2, which is the space and is top back of the head known as the third ventricle. The nucleus 3, which is nothing but the energy center, is also known as networking for the domain. The nucleus 4 is the connecting point between the body and the brain. This nucleus provides the demarcation between the body and from brain. The fifth nucleus is the presence of prana (energy) keeping sufficient oxygen for biological needs and also the same is the place for Jivatma to reside. At and below the sixth nucleus (Bindu) is the material world also known physical domain (Bhoutik loka). In this way, Truth or Paramatma exists; for which Lord Sri Krishna says in Gita that “I am there and I am present in all the 6”. Lord Sri Krishna also indicates that these nuclei (Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, Bindu number 4, Bindu number 5, and Bindu number 6) do not know my presence in them.

The analysis clarifies that 6 major nuclei which we call it creation development center and the whole creation either in the body or in the whole universe follow the same scenario and the same kind of work. This means that 6 nuclei are only responsible for all the creation. In meditation, the creation development center (Bindu number 6, Bindu number 5, and Bindu number 4) is taken for purification and energization in the process of Pranayama and Pratyahara (Bahiranga yoga). In higher meditation (Antarang Yoga meditation), the three major centers of the brain namely Bindu number 4 Bindu number 3 and Bindu number 2 are dealt with for evolution. In this way, the meditator is making use of 6 major nuclei (Bindu).

5.4 Relation between the material world and the absolute with six nuclei

The nuclei (Bindu) in the Human body and brain have two roles to play. The roles can be namely i) Materialistic growth at respective nuclei and ii) evolution process in the spiritual world. Bhagwad Gita explores the six nuclei in Chapter 8 and the same has to be understood as their utilities in the Physical world (Bhoutik Loka), Subtle world (Davik Loka), and Spiritual World (Adyatmik Loka). The function of these nuclei can be understood clearly in meditation. This indicates that six nuclei exist in the universe and corresponding nuclei of the universe also exist in the human body and brain.

These nuclei consist of energy, space, and consciousness. Each nucleus is similar to a blood cell’s nucleus and they are internally connected. Normally, the human body has five hundred billion cells, and the function of these cells is grouped by Parmatma into six major nuclei. Lord Sri Krishna explained this concept in the 8th chapter of Bhagwat Gita to Arjuna. These same six nuclei are present in human beings and the universe. The six nuclei explained in Bhagwad Gita are shown in the human body and brain and the same has been indicated in the diagram.

The corresponding nuclei in the universe have been indicated in the SETU Diagram (Structural Entanglement Between Truth and Universe) for their respective functions.

The SETU diagram indicates the existence of these nuclei in terms of Brahman or Supreme Consciousness, Adi Yajna or Space of science, Adi deva or energy, Karma (Action of nature), Adyatam or Jivatma, Adi Bhoutik or Physical world, Beeja (Seeds) and Raj. Among them, six nuclei are the basis for the universe (Brahmand) and they are also important for the spiritual world.

The Bindu (nucleus) number 6 and below is known as the material world; in which, normally people forget the presence of truth (Paramatma) due to attraction to material objects available around us.

In brief, how COVID-19 has been a unique opportunity for intellectuals to recognize the importance of human interaction. This indicates that Boon 2 discusses the significance of three quotients in the 21st century and how they were developed during lockdown conditions in three segments of the brain. The nuclei present in the microcosm and macrocosm showcase the symmetry between energy, space, and consciousness connected with breath. The breath balances the energy and space, while also separating the materialistic world from the cosmic and spiritual world.

6. COVID-19 GIFTED AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE THE HIGHER DIMENSIONS OF INTELLECTUALS (Boon-3)

No situation in life is without its Plus. It depends on how we wish to transform, even in the worst situation, to our advantage. It was precisely what COVID-19, the unknown killer virus, then provided – the opportunity to get familiar with it and explore the higher dimension of intellect. Intellectuals, Scientists, and Spiritual masters who had the courage and wits about them chose to do precisely that. They sought the earliest opportunity after the relaxation of the lockdown and plunged into creativity through what they did best in their respective fields. Mine is one such endeavor.

6.0 The Challenge of COVID-19 forced intellectuals to dive down into their respective disciplines

The COVID-19 pandemic had a devastating impact from 2019 to 2022, causing a significant number of deaths during two peak periods. Oxygen cylinder shortages and a backlog of bodies waiting for burial or cremation added to the chaos. The pandemic left many people feeling upset and confused about what to do next.

During this time, lockdowns were enforced around the world, confining most people to their homes. With limited space and outdoor activities restricted, people were forced to develop patience and tolerance while accepting the situation.  Despite the challenges, the lockdowns offered an opportunity for individuals to delve deeper into their intellectual pursuits. Although the lockdowns were a curse, they also forced people to adapt and appreciate the value of intellectual exploration. The lockdown scenario was a helpless situation that some likened to the “Gas Chamber” created by the Nazis during World War II.

In Gas Chamber, many Intellectuals and scientists did not lose their hearts and went on thinking creatively. Similarly, during the lockdown period of COVID-19; the intellectuals were forced to explore hidden scenarios of nature enthusiastically. In Gas Chamber, there were many unknown people with fearful faces, a lot of anxiety, and depressive mood; whereas in lockdown conditions, there were known faces (only family members); but signs of uncertainty about the Covid attack.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, intelligent individuals have been able to face various challenges with a calm and collected mindset. The pandemic has forced these individuals to organize their thoughts within their respective fields of expertise. Many intellectuals have used this time to explore their creativity within their professions. Despite the havoc that COVID-19 has caused around the world, it has also allowed intellectuals to explore the “unknown of nature” under complex circumstances while in lockdown. As a result, the pandemic has contributed significantly to intellectual growth and development.

6.1 Intellectuals became committed and dedicated themselves to taking up the COVID-19 challenge

Another positive contribution of the pandemic could be visualized to ignite the “lethargic attitude, and also the procrastination attitude” into being committed, dedicated, and enthusiastically taking this situation to take up the research work against the pandemic challenge into a creative segment of respective disciplines. For example, disciplined persons like musicians, poets, actors, artists, thinkers, scientists, and spiritual masters took this pandemic in their stride and developed their inner potential during this crucial period.

In the intellectual segment, I (the author) was fortunate enough to view the pandemic as an opportunity and took to spirituality, concentrating especially on meditation. For this, yogic science, the Upanishads, and Vedic verses were explored to combat the challenges imposed by different variants of COVID-19 having exponential growth. WHO found it tough to get satisfactory vaccines to face the pandemic challenges of the scenario (unavailability of medicine). It (Uncertainty for COVID-19 vaccine) lasted for more than two years.

The research through deep meditation helped me get a alternative source to the vaccine in the form of ionized plasma within three months of the research and I posted the article on my website (www.yogicconcepts.in) on May 26, 2020, the date I made my proposal for Innovative Ionized plasma as vaccine for Covid-19, with link at http://www.yogicconcepts.in/2020/05/26/proposal-for-innovative-ionised-plasma-as-vaccine-for-covid-19./

Likewise, my webinar “A Talk on Proposal of Use of Ionised Plasma as Vaccine for COVID-19″ was published on November 28, 2022 on Yogi Amrendra channel of YouTube. Also a Talk on “Proposal of use of Ionised Plasma as Vaccine for COVID-19” was presented on July 27th, 2020 by Pragyathmika. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpMMhWQFp68&t=3618s) and the same is also available on the Yogi Amrendra channel on YouTube broadcast on November 28, 2022(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3JIxAQLRO4&t=1679s).

Availing of the opportunity of silently sitting at home during the COVID-19 period, I (myself) dove into research on different kinds of concepts connected with Antaranga Ashtanga yoga (meditation). During the period, the concept of “Astavakra Geeta” struck me like a bolt out of the blue; though, the same Astavakra Geeta kind of meditation is very difficult to follow. However, by God’s grace, it became a catalyst for me to enhance my deeper vision of meditation.

6.2 Understanding of Astavakra Geeta Enhances Meditation

Ashtavakrageeta worked like a catalyst in meditation during the span of COVID-19. In normal times also, the same (Ashtavakrageeta) is very useful for the meditator to have firmness in meditation too. The same was delivered by Rishi Ashtavakra to the emperor “King Janaka” to make him feel enlightened. Let us take the main verse of Ashtavakrageeta which is exclusively for the meditator to explore the different nuclei of the brain in search of the “truth” or Parmatma. The 4th verse of the 1st Chapter states “yadi deham prithak kritya jite Vishram ……..Bandha mukto bhavishyase”.

The verse means that if one can see oneself other than the body or below the brainstem (including inner instruments or Antahkarna) and rest to dwell upon in pure consciousness (Chaitanyam); by that alone, one will be free from all the bondages and also to get stabilized at the root of pure consciousness or Chaitanyam.

This means that the rest (above the body) is the brain; where the mind (manas) along with breath (Shwasa) can dissect the different points or nuclei inside the brain for removal of imprints lodged due to the past karma; then, one can lead towards the Turiya, which is the point of entry for Sakshi Chaitanyam (indwelling consciousness). The root of Brahman (consciousness) consists of five physical elements (Panchamahabootha) having many many lights of the sky (Akashiy Bijiee).

According to a verse from the Ashtavakra Gita, separating the four major systems of the body from the brain and focusing on the different nuclei of the brain can lead to freedom from suffering and all bondages associated with life after death. The main objective of meditation, as mentioned in the Antarang yoga of Patanjali, is to dive into and dwell in the domain of the brain. This approach is reinforced by the aforementioned verse of Ashtavakra Gita, which could provide a platform for scientific exploration of the brain, particularly in the domain of quantum mechanics

6.3 Quantum Mechanics fulfills the approach indicated in the meditation concept of Ashtavakra Gita

The foundation of quantum mechanics is based on the model of particle physics, which describes Fermions and Bosons. This model indicates the existence of four forces due to the interaction of sub-atomic particles, which are carried through force carriers. Quantum mechanics also makes use of entangled particles and the presence of a constant observer to explore the probability function of atomic particles’ existence.

The Copenhagen Declaration states that a physical system cannot be detected or determined for a definite property unless it is measured. This statement is similar to the subtle functions that occur in the brain in the presence of an observer; otherwise, they do not exist. The measurement or determination of this kind of similarity is achieved through meditation.

Classical mechanics provides a deterministic concept for any event; however, quantum mechanics explores the probability approach between events or incidents. For instance, there is a probability of atoms becoming molecules, a probability of molecules becoming cells, and a probability of cells becoming part of the brain. This probable approach of quantum mechanics helps the meditator to separate the body (consisting of atoms, molecules, and cells) from the brain, which has different nuclei, to progress to a higher state of matter evolved from the body. In science, the higher state of matter exists behind the sun’s ball; which should have the evolution connectivity from the lower chakra or body.

This image clarifies that quantum probability starts from the navel center (Manipura chakra) as BBB of an atom indicated at Bindu number 6 in SETU. The probability of an atom at Anahata chakra (Heart Center) is as molecules exist at Bindu number 5. The probability of molecules at Vishudhi chakra (throat center) is as if cells exist at Bindu 4, as indicated in SETU.

Similarly, the probability of cells from Vishuddhi Chakra (Bindu Number 4) enters in the large domain called the brain; where many nuclei together (indicated as Bindu number 3, Bindu number 2, and Bindu number 1) lead towards the point of truth. The four major nuclei of the brain domain cover the fourth and fifth states of matter.

It’s worth noting that the four major nuclei of the brain cover the fourth and fifth states of matter. The domain consists of Bindu number 4, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 2, which represent the plasma zone (fourth state) of matter. The domain below Bindu number 1 is the field for the fifth state of matter, which is called the “Bose-Einstein condensate”.

To better understand the effects of meditation on the brain, we need to explore how matter behaves at different nuclei within the brain. This requires an understanding of the plasma aspect of astrophysics so that we can compare the results of meditation to plasma physics conditions. The structural scenario of the universe, or macro cosmos, is identical to that of the human body and brain, or microcosm. To gain a proper understanding of how these systems connect, a model was evaluated at the Spiritual Awareness Program (SAP) in Hyderabad, India, based on concepts from the Bhagwad Gita, Upanishads, and Tattva Shuddi. This model is called Structural Entanglement Between Truth and Universe (SETU). Its purpose is to connect the interdependent parts (nuclei or chakra) of the universe, from its origin (Root) to the final nucleus of nature (Prakriti), to explore the sustainability of the universe.

6.4 Description of SETU (sequential entanglement between truth and universe)

SETU (Sequential Entanglement between Truth and Universe) provides the sequential structure of Eight nuclei connected with Truth (Satyam), indicated as the “Garland of SETU” in the universe, to indicate the hidden “intelligent’s appearance” for the smooth functioning of life. It is obvious that all eight beads are connected, as garland, but have different functions to carry out to keep all the entities of the universe in the respective place in motion to have the existence of animate and inanimates.

The Invocation (prayer) of Taitriya Upanishad states that “Om, may the sun, lord of day and in breath (equivalent to the electron of science); may Varuna, lord of night and out breath (equivalent to the proton of science); may Aryama, lord of sight and sun domain (equivalent to the neutron of science); may Indra, lord of strength and force (Equivalent to Gluon in science); may Vrihaspati, lord of speech and intelligence (equivalent to a photon of science); and may Vishnu, of wide strides (equivalent to Gauge Boson in science). May you all provide your grace and blessings to us. We bow to you almighty Brahman, the soul of all the gods. We salute you ‘‘Vaayu’’, who as life is visible, and that is perceptible Brahman or vaayu (Equivalent to Higgs Boson in Science). I will always speak what is right, I will always speak what is true. May almighty Brahman protect me, and may almighty Brahman (pure consciousness) protect my teacher. Let Brahman protect me, let Brahman protect my teachers. Om, shanti shanti shanti”.

The image describes the Invocation to almighty to remove the obstacles in the way of attaining spiritual wisdom. The image is the description of the connectivity of astadha Prakriti, which is known as “Maya of Brahman”, and because of the same, Brahman (consciousness) becomes eight along with nature (Prakriti). That is why; Maya holds the power of Brahman in Astadha Prakriti.

In Garland, the nuclei have a sequential arrangement and they are interdependent among themselves, and the same is indicated as a bindu number (point of existence of nuclei). They start from Bindu number 1 as truth (Satyam) at the top of the garland. Similarly bindu number 2, bindu number 3, and bindu number 4 start at the left side of the garland as bead. Incase of Bindu number 5, the same is vertically down in the line with Bindu number 1, indicating the middle point of the garland for the macro and micro-universe.

Likewise, Bindu number 6, Bindu number 7, and Bindu number 8 stand sequentially at the right portion of the garland and they join the Bindu number 1; which is at the top of the garland. These bindus (nuclei) represent Deva on the left side of the garland and also the respective Devas on the right side of the Garland; whereas, Bindu number 5 indicates the separation zone for the left and right side connected with beads of the garland. If the circular beads (element) of the universe; which is in the garland form are kept in a vertical arrangement, the same will look like disconnecting the top right of the Bindu number 8 from Bindu number 1.

The image represents the invocation of Taitriya Upanishad, which bears a resemblance to the functional aspects of the “Particle Physics Model”.It explains the Swaroopa, which is the mirror image of Brahman, in association with nature (Prakriti). This indicates that Brahman has become Ashtdha Prakriti. The Bindu number (nuclei) provides the structural entanglement for different limbs of nature (Prakriti) to function as Maya. The garland, which is a circular arrangement of nuclei, has been shown to have a similarity with the unfolding of Bindu number 8 from the right limbs of the garland in a vertical arrangement.

The SETU Diagram is presented in a vertical arrangement, which separates particles, forces, and force carriers – the main elements for the development of quantum field theory. The diagram also satisfies the concepts of Astavakra Geeta, which deal with body and mind separately. By separating biological life (which is deeply connected with the body) from the higher domains of spiritual life, the analytical aspects of Astavakra Geeta fulfill the connectivity arrangement of the universe with Truth. The Garland arrangement, on the other hand, is circular, and it also provides a demarcation zone for these elements.

6.5 Establishment of Astavakra Mantra in SETU (Sequential Entanglement between Truth and Universe) Model.

SETU (sequential entanglement between truth and universe) provides clarity, on functional aspects of the body (Deham) and brain. In SETU, there are eight nodal nuclei, including a center for truth (Satyam) as Bindu number 1. This Bindu functions as “God beyond Creation”. The remaining seven nuclei represent the SEVEN Deva (illumines entities) working for two major parts of the human system demarcated by Bindu number 5 (Heart Chakra).

Astavakra Gita provides the emphasis on separating nuclei connected with the grosser domain (Bhoutik loka) so that the nuclei (Bindu ) existing in the brain domain (subtle loka or Daivik loka ) evolve to lead towards the Bindu number 1, which is God beyond creation, and the same has to be realized as Consciousness (Brahman) in meditation.

The above image explores that the eight Bindu (nuclei) demarcate the function of GOD beyond creation as Bindu number 1; God in creation as Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 4 in subtle domain or diavik loka, and nature’s prominent tattva for creation as bindu number 6, bindu number 7 and bindu number 8 in physical body (Bhoutik loka). Astavakra Geeta provides the emphasis to separate nuclei connected with the grosser domain (Bhoutik loka) so that the nuclei (Bindu) existing in the brain domain (subtle loka or Daivik loka ) evolve to lead towards the bindu number 1, which is God beyond creation, and the same has to be realized as Consciousness (Brahman) in meditation.

It means that Bindu number 8, Bindu number 7, and Bindu number 6 prominently connect different organs, of the body (Deham). At the same time, Bindu number 4, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 2 function in the subtle domain of the brain, which are to be purified, energized, and made transcendental to realize the combined activity of neurons with different sections of the brain. The Bindu number 5 is the connecting nucleus between the body and the brain. It means that grosser nuclei of the body (Bindu number 8, Bindu number 7, and Bindu number 6) are to be left behind while doing the deep meditation approach in the brain at Bindu number 4, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 2.

The question is how to separate the subtle aspects of the brain (Bindu number 4, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 2) from the grosser aspects of the body (Bindu number 8, Bindu number 7, and Bindu number 6). Patanjali yoga sutra provides the solution by illustrating the methods in “Antarang yoga” (inner yoga) by separating it from Bahiranga yoga (External Yoga). In the Ashtanga Yoga concept, Bahiranga yoga includes Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, and Pratyahara aspects, whereas Antarang Yoga comprises Dharana, Dyana, and Samadhi.Technically, the separation of body and brain is a difficult process. However, a trained practitioner of meditation can achieve the same by adopting pranayama, including Pratyahara (Bahiranga yoga) as a preparatory aspect and Antaranga yoga as diving deep into detailed meditation. Additionally, many Upanishads dealing with yogic practices provide the methodology to separate the body (Deham) while doing the meditation, as found in “Astavakra Geeta”.

7. DOES EFFULGENT LIGHT EXIST AS TRUTH (Authentic analysis of effulgent light from Bhagwad Gita and Upanishad)?

Many Spiritual masters are confused about “effulgent light”. This is because the meditator gets some vision from the light of senses (Indriyas), Mind (Manas), Intellect (Buddhi), and Ego (Ahamkara). In due course of meditation, the visionary light of Antahkarna (Inner Instrument) along with senses gets diminished; then, the “light of the lights” is experienced by the meditator. That kind of light is known as “Effulgent Light”.

Technically, the effulgent light is the main source, from which the universe consists of interstellar, planets including Earth emerged. This indicates that the effulgent light passes through the four fields (Akasha) in between to reach human beings.

7.0 What is effulgent light?

Verse number 8 of the 8thchapter of the Bhagwad Gita is important for the authenticity of effulgent light.

The verse provides the meaning of intense meditation. The verse states the well-known fact that by meditating continuously on God (Parmatma or Truth), one gets divine light (The effulgent light) as Parmatma or Truth. This happens when the mind-stuff (Chitta) does not get distracted by other objects during contemplation.

To explain the validity of effulgent light, Verse number 9 of the 8th chapter of Bhagwad Gita explains the characteristics of Purusha (truth).

Bhagwad Gita denotes effulgent light (divine light) as “Purusha” in many places.

The image explores that Purusha has an effulgent light, like sun rays, as one of its key features. This effulgent light is what makes Purusha omniscient, eternal, a controller of everything, the subtlest among subtle, a grower and protector, and extremely pure. Just like the sun provides daily light and removes ignorance (Avidya), Purusha also stands like a sun and provides the light of truth. The Sadhaka (spiritual practitioner) meditates on this effulgent light to realize the characteristics of truth (Parmatma). Theverse serves as evidence of the different characteristics of truth (Purusha) that are associated with this effulgent light.

7.1 Understanding Effulgent Light

Verse number 12 of the 15th chapter of the Bhagwad Gita states that the light of Surya (the sun), the light of Chandra (the moon), and the light of fire or Agni (which are visible to the common people) should be understood as the effulgent light of Parmatma. This verse emphasizes that the common masses must understand the concept of Effulgent Light or Parmatma with the of help sun, moon, and fire; as they are visible and their effect can be experienced or perceived.

In the 12th verse of 15 chapter of the Bhagwad Gita Lord Krishna and Arjuna have a conversation about the origin of effulgent light. According to Lord Krishna, the light of the sun, the light of the moon, and the light of fire all emerge from the same source of effulgent light. Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna that the light (Tej) of the sun’s rays that illuminates the entire world comes from the root of truth, which is Lord Krishna himself.

The verse goes on to say that the moon exists in the center of the sun, and the light (Tej) of the moon that we see at night comes from the light of the sun. Similarly, the light or heat (Tej) that exists in the universe (Akasha) comes from the center of the moon.

Thus, the complete explanation of the emergence of light in different domains that exists in Lord Krishna himself is the root of truth. It is worth noting that a similar explanation can be found in the Upanishad.

7.2 The emergence of effulgent light in the universe

The universe and Brahmand are complete and the same emerges from Kaivalya or truth. A mantra connected with Brahman and Brahmand is “Purnamadaha, purnaidam, …………purnatmudachayte…….. Purnasya purnmadaya, purnameva vashistate”. This mantra explains that Truth or Parmatma (Brahman) and Brahmand (Universe) are whole in all respects. The complete universe (Brahmand) emerged from the whole Truth (Braham), and there is no scarcity in completeness in Truth (Braham). Truth (Brahman) remains whole even after the emergence of the Universe (Brahmand).

The vast and complete universe (Brahmand) has a field of the sun at its center, which (sun) has a field of the moon at its center. The moon is also known as the Swaroopa of nectar (Amrit) because the shining of the moon’s light contains nectar. At the center of the moon’s field, there is an undivided field of fire or Agni in the form of shining light (charming light of thunder or bijilee). This shining light (Akashiya bijilee) is a replica of Brahman’s truth or Satyam’s light in association with five basic elements (Panchamahabooth). Regarding effulgent light, there are many explanations in the Upanishads.

In this connection, the Mandal Brahman Upanishad explores the emergence of effulgent light (Akashiya Bijilee) from its root (truth or Satyam) through the moon along with unbroken (undivided) Agni or fire’s light. This indicates the connectivity of Agni or fire’s light with the shining of light (Akashiya bijilee) at the root of truth or Satyam. Further, the sixth part of Maitriya Upanishad explained by Rishi Yagyavalk provides the connectivity of fire or Agni’s shining of light (Akashiya bijilee) with Jivatma and truth or Satyam. Truth or Satyam exists in the center of Jivatma.

7.3 Effulgent Light Described in Mandal Brahman Upanishad & Maitriya Upanishad

Mandal Brahman Upanishad is the conversation between lord Narayan, controller of the sun, and Rishi Yagyavalk. In part 2 of Mandal Brahman Upanishad, Rishi Yagyavalk requested lord Narayan to have a further explanation on “Antarlakshya”. Lord Narayan answered that “Antarlakshya” is the Brahman. Antarlaksh is Parabrahman. The five basic elements (Panchamahabooth) exist in its (Brahman’s) root full of effulgent light (Akashiya bijilee). This means that the Parabrahman has Akasha Vaayu, Jal, and Prithvi along with effulgent light (Akashiya bijilee) in its root. The Akashiya bijilee means shining of the effulgent light possessed by the Brahm. Lord Narayan further explains that truth or satyam is the “kaivalya Brahm”; which emerges to occupy the central place and the same has got four Padas (Asana), meant for the appearance in Brahmand (universe). This means that the truth or Satyam part of Brahman does not take part in Brahmand or universe; but, the other four appearances (Pada of Brahman) take part and the same are “functional appearance of Brahman in the universe”.

Lord Narayan further explains that centrally located Brahma as kaivalya or truth or Satyam is “unexpressed” and “invisible”. This invisible and unexpressed part of Brahman can be experienced by a Sadhaka; who has adopted any kind of yoga namely i) Raj yoga ii ) Gyan yoga iii) Bhakti yoga and iv) karma yoga. The Sadhaka, a knowledgeable person in the spiritual field or meditator can get a vision of effulgent light during the practice of Ashtanga yoga including other kinds of yoga. Lord Narayan adds that Brahmand (universe) emerges from truth or Satyam or kaivalya Brahm and the same (universe) is complete (whole) in all respects as truth or Satyam exists as a whole (complete) from all directions.

It is interesting to note that a similar kind of explanation is available in Maitri Upanishad to explain the importance of effulgent light as divine light; which is obtained during the process of meditation.Rishi Maitree is the main preacher in the “Maitree Upanishad.” This Upanishad (also known as Maitreya Upanishad) was delivered by Rishi Maitree and is a part of the Krishna Yajurveda. Sometimes it is also called the Maitraiyanee Upanishad. Some believe that this Upanishad is derived from the “Sama Veda”. It is quite voluminous and is deliberated in seven parts. To have a better understanding of effulgent light, the different types of the same (effulgent light) could be explored

7.4 Chandogya Upanishad reveals food grain as Brahman and also the source of effulgent light (divine light)

The effulgent light is also known as “Brahmaprakash” or “Brahma Gyana”. There are two types of effulgent light: peaceful appearance (Shanta Swaroopa) has the base of space (akasha), and effulgent light of plenty in quantity (prachur matra) has the base of food grains (Ann). Therefore, Ann (food grains) is known as Brahman, indicating that Brahm (effulgent light) has two bases: space or akasha, and food grain or Ann. It is interesting to note that sunrays bring rain and yield food grains. This clarifies that the rays of the sun are part of effulgent light or truth, and the same is the main cause.

The rain in turn brings the food grains, indicating the connectivity of effulgent light with food grains. This is the reason why the mantra is called “Ann is Brahman”. The Chandogya Upanishad provides a good explanation of “Ann is Brahm”; stating that food grain (Ann) yields strength, energy (Prana), and Mind (manas) for animates (jiva) including human beings. The fluid (water) parts of food grains explore the energy or prana; whereas, oil (ghee) connected part of moisture and yields the mind (manas); which is essential for leading life. Similarly, food grain (Ann) brings out strength in the body.

This indicates that the mind (manas) emerges from food grain and the same (mind) leads to the effulgent light during meditation. Before meditation, the yogic process makes the mind purified and energized. When the mind gets dissolved (No mind status) in the process of meditation, then this process is called “Amaniyabhava”.

This (Amaniyabhava) leads to “Amanaska”; which dazzles as bright light (effulgent light). This kind of meditation is also known as “No mind meditation” to perceive the truth (Effulgent light).

7.5 Maitre Upanishad along with Astanga Yoga explains the methodology to obtain divine light (the effulgent light)

The sixth part of the Maitre Upanishad explains that truth appears as effulgent light, which can be further observed as the Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandra), and Air (Vaayu) in the macrocosm (Universe). A similar kind of arrangement of Sun, Moon, and Air exists in the Human body and brain; which is explained in yoga and Maitrie Upanishad. To explain their connectivity in microcosm, the concept of yoga provides the information connected with Nadis.

The human body has three main nadis: Pingla, Ida, and sushmna. The Pingla nadi is the main flow of Surya effulgent, while the Ida nadi provides Chandra effulgent in the form of Gyan Agni. Sushmna helps to balance these flows and allows for pure breath (Vaayu part of effulgent light) to flow between the Ida and Pingla paths. When Ida and Pingla are balanced, the Sushmna opens up fully, allowing the breath to flow between the Turiya (central top of the head or crown) and Turiya teet domain along with the Mooladhara of the human system. In this state, the yogi achieves perfection in meditation.

Yoga emphasizes opening the sushmna nadis to allow for complete breath flow between the North Pole (Turiya and Turiya teet point where truth or Satyam exists) and the South Pole (Mooladara, where kundalini exists). When the human breath is in the grip of the sun’s rays, it flows in the Pingla nadi, and when it is under the influence of Chandra or the moon, it flows in the Ida nadi. Yoga aims to minimize or eliminate the grip of Ida and Pingla and have breath flow in the sushmna nadi.

The Indian Rishis discovered that direct connectivity between the North Pole and the South Pole allows for a vision of the result of effulgent light, known as the shining of Akashiy bijilee. During this scenario, the human breath is reinforced by effulgent light, resulting in atma tattva darshan or vision of Parmatma or Truth. In this state, the human becomes highly luminous or bright in vision.

The luminous breath is known as the inner atma, while sunrays are known as the outer atma. When the inner atma is equalized with the outer atma, or vice versa, perfection in yoga is achieved. The Upanishads, along with the yogic system, help to visualize the inner presence of Atman. Ashtanga yoga, given by Maharshi Patanjali, is particularly helpful in achieving this state.

7.6 Function of Effulgent Light Explained in Bhagwad Gita

Verse 33 in Chapter 13 of the Bhagwad Gita explains the connection between the soul and effulgent light.

In this verse, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that just as the sun provides light to the entire universe; likewise one soul (atma) illuminates the entire kshetra (domain) of the human body, including the brain. This means that the human body and brain are considered kshetra, which is witnessed by the soul (atman) in its pure form at the Bindu Visarga point located at the top back of the head (also known as the third ventricle). In the Bhagwad Gita, the Bindu Visarga point of yoga is referred to as the “Sthiti Pragya” state.

It is worthwhile to remember that the development of the third ventricle (Bindu Visarga of Yoga) is very important as the same (development of Bindu Visarga) ensures the stability of divine light (effulgent light); which also leads to clearing the path of Turiya (crown of the head). The development of the third ventricle is the key point of the right lobe; which is also the domain of divine knowledge (Gyana) and the same removes the anchoring of Jiva to move from the physical domain (Bhoutik Loka) to the subtle domain (Daivik loka) and spiritual domain (Adyatmik Loka).

7.7 Advantage of Effulgent Light Explained in Bhagwad Gita

Verse number 6 of the 15th chapter of Bhagwad Gita 6 tells about abode (Paramdham) as indicating effulgent light.

In verse number 6 of the 15th chapter of the Bhagwat Gita, Lord Krishna explains the characteristics of His abode (paramdham); which has the presence of effulgent light. Lord Krishna explains that the people (Sadhaka), who do not come back to take part in the cycle of life after death have reached the abode (paramdham) of mine.

Bhagwan Krishna further explains that the self-illumined abode of mine cannot be lit up by the sun, moon, and fire. This is because; their light (sun, moon, fire’s light) emerges from the abode of mine. The verse is the evidence of truth as the root; from there (abode of the truth), everything emerges in the universe in the form of stars, planets, fire, and earth; which have a connection of effulgent light to illuminate them.

The image describes the position (Bindu number 1) of Turiya Brahman (truth) as witness consciousness and also the position (Bindu number 1A) of the abode of Brahman (truth) as Turiya teet state (1A).Technically, Turiya teet Brahman (Bindu Number 1A) is the actual position for the effulgent light or truth as the same (Truth) is only one for the complete universe and also for all human beings.

7.8 Bhagwad Gita explores the process of obtaining truth (the effulgent light)

Verse number 55 of the 18th chapter of Bhagwad Gita states how the Bhakti yogi achieves the para bhakti to remain in “Viveka” or in “Amaniya Bhava”. In verse 55 of the 18th chapter of the Bhagwad Gita, Lord Krishna explains how to obtain the truth (effulgent light) using tattva gyana.

This knowledge can be gained through acquiring gyan yoga, performing righteous action (karma yoga), following the devotional method (Bhakti yoga), and also using meditation (raja yoga).

In this verse, Lord Krishna emphasizes that through intense devotion (para bhakti), a Sadhaka (spiritual seeker) can understand the truth in whatever form it exists in their true vision. Through pure devotion, a Sadhaka can also get dissolved in the truth by experiencing the tattva (effulgent light of truth) in the process of devotion. The verse explores the true form of the truth using tattva Gyana. In the 18th chapter of Bhagwad Gita, Bhagwan Krishna emphasizes the parabhakti; which (parabhakti) common Sadhaka (devotee) can practice to obtain the highest. This is because the same (Parabhakti) can be observed by keeping different relations with me (Bhagwan Krishna). For example, Bhagwan Krishna can be taken as a father (Pita), friend (Mitr), Teacher (Guru), and The Truth (Paramatma); so that, the purity of mind can be obtained in the highest form in due course of the Bhakti.

7.9 Identification of effulgent light by other means or sign

The important passage from the Maitrayaniy Upanishad delves into the concept of effulgent light, or “knowledge,” which a Sadhaka, or spiritual aspirant, seeks to attain. The truth is eternal and takes the form of various elements, such as heat (taap), air (Vaayu), fire (Agni), water (jal), taste (swad), moon (Chandra), and the origin of truth or Satyam. In addition, the impression (Imprints) in the mind of the meditator should be erased or dissolved in the bright divine light.

In other words, the meditator himself gets dissolved, just as salt doll dissolves in water. This way, the Sadhaka (Meditator) becomes unified with any kind of sign, and their mind (manas) attains Chitta (mind stuff) by shedding its identification. The nucleus, where the mind becomes no mind is a very important center in mid of the Corpus Callosum and exists in the brain (represents the milky galaxy of the universe). The ultimate goal is to achieve Amaniya Bhava (No mind state), which is the loss of one’s existence and identification of the mind (Manas). The deeper state of one’s Amaniya Bhava (the more intense it will be) is akin to the steady flame of a lamp. The continuous and intense state of flame from Deepak resembles divine light or effulgent light.

7.10 The emerging scenario of truth (effulgent light) connecting different domains explores the universality of its individuality

Generally, most of the systems are observed to keep the individual as an entity by neglecting the universal as an entity of the system. The spiritual science believes in universal identification amid individual identity. In this connection, the analysis exhibits that the connectivity of Jivatma through Gyan Agni at Chandra (moon) domain along with truth or Satyam can provide “How the connectivity of truth (effulgent light) exists with the individual soul (Jivatma) and its back connectivity with origin”. In this context, the latter part of the fifth chapter of the Maitree Upanishad explains the connection between the moon and truth for Jivatma, ensuring the flow of effulgent light from its root to Jivatma.

The Mandal Brahman Upanishad describes truth emerging at the center of the universe and from the same (center of the universe), there is an emergence of the sun.Further, at the center of the Sun, the moon exists; which contains the effulgent light at its center. The domain of effulgent light is located at the center of the moon, and the same contains undivided parts of effulgent light or Param Prakash, which is connected to Turiya (crown of human head). However, the Maitree Upanishad clarifies that the connection between the moon and Jivatma is established at the Bindu Visarga (third ventricle) of a human head, and the same is represented by Bindu number 2 in the SETU diagram, having the connectivity with Jivatma at its center. Furthermore, this Upanishad indicates that the center of Jivatma contains the existence of effulgent light or truth. In this way, the complete scenario of connectivity for the presence of effulgent light has been established by these Upanishads. The connectivity scenario of effulgent light reveals a secret point connected with the wizard of science related to neutrino particles. Scientists are struggling to understand the root of the “neutrino particle,” also known as “bhutatma” by scientists. The Maitree Upanishad indicates that the root of Jivatma (neutrino particle) is the truth at Bindu number 1, from which a continuous flow of Jivatma emerges and enters the earth without being influenced by any means. It can be observed that the center of truth at Bindu number 1 provides the existence of effulgent light to all four particles (proton, neutron, electron, and neutrino) as they emerged from the truth or Satyam after the Big Bang.

The image is the outcome of Mandal Brahman Upanishad and Maitriya Upanishad together. Both these Upanishads endorse the same concept connecting with the emergence of effulgent light from its origin and the same gets associated with Jivatma.

The emergence of truth (the effulgent light) starts from Bindu number 1A; which is the existence of Turiya teet Brahman (Paramtruth) and the same exists beyond the universe. From the same, the truth emerges in the universe at Bindu number 1 (connecting nucleus at the interstellar zone of the universe) and Witness consciousness or Sakshi Chaitanyam at Bindu number 1 of Turiya or crown of the head. From the center of the interstellar domain, the truth (effulgent light) emerges at the center of the sun in the universe and the same is shown in the SETU diagram at Bindu number 3. In the human system, the sun’s center is represented at Bindu number 3; which is the midpoint between two eyebrows. This clarifies that the truth (effulgent light) emerges from the center of the universe to the center of the sun. Further, the center of the sun consists of the moon domain in the universe and the same can also be represented in the human brain at Bindu number 2. This indicates that the truth (effulgent light) has emerged from the sun to the center of the moon. At the center of the moon, there is an undivided part of effulgent light (Truth); which has direct connectivity with the Jivatma as shown in Bindu number 5. Science does not have clarity about the controlling center (nucleus) for neutrino; which can be taken as the Heart of the universe represented by the heart of the human system. The same (neutrino) is directly connected with the emerging point of truth at the center of the universe and also at the crown (top of the head) of human beings. This indicates that the emergence of neutrino is from its root known as truth (shown as Bindu number 1A) and the same neutrino or Jivatma has the controlling center at Bindu number 5, the center of the universe or at the heart of the human system. This kind of emerging scenario of truth from its origin to the universe and back to the emergence point can be a solution to scientific wizard connected with neutrino.

7.10.1 Brief explanation for the emergence of truth from mandal Brahman Upanishad and Matriya Upanishad

Rishi concludes that the moon stands in the center of the sun, while Prakash, in the form of Agni tattva, stands in the center of the moon. Truth, or Satyam, in the form of effulgent light, stands at the center of the pure Jivatma. This truth is one, eternal, pure, and firm. The Mandal Brahman Upanishad, the light located at the center of the moon, depicts the undivided parts of effulgent light, also known as Param Prakash, which has connectivity with Turiya. Turiya is the entry point of effulgent light as Sakshi chaitya. The Maitri Upanishad provides clarity that the moon at Bindu Visarga, denoted by Bindu number 2 has connectivity with Jivatma at its center (moon’s center).

This Upanishad indicates that the existence of effulgent light or truth stands at the center of Jivatma. In this way, these Upanishads have established a complete scenario of connectivity for the presence of effulgent light. In simple conclusion, Rishi remarks that the moon stands at the center of the sun, Prakash (effulgent light) in the form of Agni tattva stands at the center of the moon, and at the center of pure Jivatma, truth or Satyam or effulgent light stands.

7.11 Taitriya Upanishad unveils the secret (Mystery) & advantage of effulgent light (Truth)

The Taitriya Upanishad is one of the eleven essential Upanishads commented by Adi Shankara. It belongs to the Yajurveda and is divided into three parts: Shikshavalli, Brahmanandavalli, and Briguvalli. The Taitriya Upanishad contains many secrets related to the Truth, particularly in Part 2 (Brahmananda Valli), where the junction of five sheaths is discussed as the soul of each successor and leading sheath to understand the ultimate truth. In Brahmananda Valli, the end of the discussion reveals the secret of the effulgent light. By obtaining the effulgent light, the Sadhaka or meditator will gain “the knowledge,” which is the sign of truth or Brahman. Having this knowledge, the Sadhaka will not regret the Adharma carried out in his past life.

The Mind Stuff is where all our karmas (actions) are stored. The right hemisphere of the brain stores “Adharma karma” (negative actions), the left hemisphere stores “Dharma Karma” (positive actions), and the joint between the two stores the “Punya Karma” (virtuous actions). This theme is endorsed by the “Patanjali Yoga Sutra”. When a spiritual practitioner reaches a state of enlightenment, their mind is free from all karmas, including Adharma karma, Dharma Karma, and Punya Karma. This means that there are no knots left in the mind to cause the cycle of birth and death. The Upanishad explains that the knowledge obtained during meditation by a Sadhaka sustains the effulgent light (truth) for a long time. This is because the mind-stuff is free from any imprints under the influence of “Gyana Agni” (effulgent light). The advantage of this effulgent light obtained in meditation removes fear, anxiety, depression, grievances, or moody behavioral aspects of the mind.To conclude the existence of effulgent light, it is worthwhile to note that the Light of the physical world emerges from the truth (effulgent light) as explained in verse number 12 of the 15th chapter of Bhagwad Gita; where Bhagwad gita states that the light of the sun, moon, and fire emerges from the truth. The emergence of effulgent light in the universe is endorsed by Mandal Brahman Upanishad & Maitreya Upanishad too. In addition, Chandogya Upanishad reveals food grain as Brahman and also the source of effulgent light (divine light). This chapter further elaborates the statement of Maitre Upanishad along with Astanga Yoga; which in turn, explains the methodology to obtain divine light (the effulgent light). The presence of effulgent light is highlighted in many places by Bhagwad Gita and shows the function of Effulgent light indicating the soul as Gyana Agni (effulgent light); which illuminates the human body as the inner sun. Technically, Bhagwad Gita explores the process of obtaining truth (the effulgent light) exploring the connectivity of the devotional approach to acquire the truth. The chapter brings out the important theme for scientists and spiritual masters elaborating on the emerging scenario of truth (effulgent light) connecting different domains of the universe explaining the changing scenario for universality from its individuality. In other words, the chapter elaborates on the Connectivity of truth or Satyam at different parts of the universe and the human system.

8. PATANJALI YOGA SUTRA VIEWS CHITTA (MIND STUFF) AS BRAIN

Patanjali Yoga Sutra explores Chitta (mind stuff) containing energy (Prana) domain, mind (Manas) domain, and collective senses domain as its compartments; where action (Karma) imprints are executed for providing the respective fruits (Karma Phala). When Chitta (Mind Stuff) is purified; then the same is called “Chitta Vritti Nirodha”. This means that three compartments of Chitta (Mind stuff) become free from any “mind modification” (Vritti). This kind of Scenario (Chitta Vritti Nirodha) makes the meditator have face-to-face experience (Sakshatakar) with Truth (the effulgent light). The chapter elaborates on the functional aspects of Chitta as collective compartments of action and the resultant fruits of action (Karma Phala).

8.0 The Chitta is the major part of the brain as the storage house for Action (karma)

According to Maharshi Patanjali’s “Yoga Sutra,” the two hemispheres of the brain and the joint between them are collectively referred to as “Chitta.” The brain has three compartments: the right hemisphere (right lobe), the left hemisphere (left lobe), and the joint between the two (middle lobe). These three compartments serve as storage for action (Karma) and Vasana imprints (Sanskara) resulting from different types of karma. The right lobe stores Adharma karma, the left lobe stores dharma karma, and the joint between the two lobes (middle lobe) stores Punya karma. Actions performed in day-to-day life can be categorized into three types: unrighteous action (Adharma karma), right action (dharma karma), and self-oriented action (Punya karma). The imprints of Adharma karma rest on the right lobe, while those of dharma karma exist on the left lobe. The imprints of Punya karma stay at the joining part of two lobes (middle lobe). It’s important to note that there is a big difference between Dharma Karma and Punya Karma. Dharma karma involves helping others, providing pleasure to associates, creating a smooth environment for others, and providing physical and mental joy (Sukha) to others. On the other hand, Punya karma is done only for oneself. This means that Punya karma cannot be used to do Adharma karma or Dharma karma for others.

Adharma Karma refers to actions that are carried out to displease others, assault them, cause trouble, or behave inappropriately. This type of karma is also known as “Paap” or sin. We have learned about three types of karma and their placement on three parts of the lobe called Chitta. Chitta is the storage place for Vasana imprints, which are formed due to repeated karma of the three types. These imprints can lead to either ignorance (Avidya) or knowledge (Vidya) domains. The text discusses the impact of repeated Adharma karma on a person’s mind. This type of karma can attract the mind towards either Tanmatra (Vasana) or the perceptions of the senses, including intellect or Ahamkara. This repeated karma can lead to a state of agyana or ignorance in the domain of Avidya Maya.

On the other hand, when the mind is attracted to the senses, along with intellect and ego, it yields the experience of knowledge under Vidya Maya. The analysis suggests that the Chitta serves as a storage house with three compartments for the imprints (Sanskara) of different types of karma as well as for the imprints (Sanskara) of different types of Vasana (karma carried out repeatedly).

At the end of a person’s life, before death, there will be an arousal of karma phala (fruits of karma) in all three compartments. The image “Chitta as a storage house for different karma and Vasana” describes the different types of karma stored at different compartments of the brain {Chitta}and how the karma phala {fruits of the karma}becomes the decision maker for the next birth or upcoming birth after death.

The analysis indicates that these fruits of karma will be the decision-making factor for the person’s next birth. For example, the Punya karma compartment will have the fruit of Action (karma) to decide the age or Prarabdha karma (karma to be consumed) connected with the upcoming life. Similarly, the fruits of action (karma) (Action) in the Adharma karma compartment, situated in the right lobe, will decide the type of Species for the next life. Likewise, the fruits of action (karma) connected with dharma karma, also existing in the right lobe, will be the deciding factor for the resources to be consumed (bhoga) in the next birth. However, after taking out the fruits of action (karma) from each compartment, there will be leftovers for karma and Vasana karma in each compartment, known as Sanchit karma, which is the finally stored karma.

8.1 Rebirth concept associated with ingredients on Chitta (three compartments of the brain)

The Yoga sutra explains that the three compartments of Chitta also serve as storage for the “Karma Phala” or fruits of actions at the end of the life cycle. According to the Yoga Sutra, Chitta, as a storage house, consists of three compartments in the brain, each of which has specific imprints of karma, associated Vasana, and Karma Phala at the end of the life cycle. The storage in each compartment will yield the final result due to Karma Phala, which will provide the data as input for the next birth.

For example, the input data from the Adharma karma compartment will be the deciding factor for obtaining a particular species (jaati). Similarly, the input from the Dharma karma compartment will be the deciding factor for obtaining a particular family to enjoy the resources (associated with the bhoga domain). Likewise, the data from the Punya karma compartment will be the deciding factor for obtaining age (Prarabdha karma) in the upcoming species.

The yoga sutra indicates that the final imprints on three compartments can partially be used for future life as Prarabhda Karma (Action to be consumed in life span). However, leftover karma in three compartments will be kept as Sanchit karma (finally accumulated or added kinds of karma) for the next birth. In brief, Phala karma in three compartments will be taken as ingredients like age (Prarabdha karma) from the Punya compartment, jaati (species) from the Adharma karma compartment, and bhoga (enjoyment of resources) from the Dharma compartment connected with the family of the respective species for the next birth.

In the context of karma, if a person’s Adharma karma imprints are lower than their dharma karma imprints, they will be reborn as a human again. However, if the Adharma karma imprints are higher than the dharma karma imprints, there is a possibility of being reborn in a lower species. If a person’s dharma karma imprints are high, they will have more resources in their next rebirth than they did in their previous one. This means that if a person’s dharma karma imprints are more than their Adharma karma imprints, they will be reborn into a wealthy family where they will have plenty of resources to enjoy life. The Punya compartment of karma phala will determine the age and blueprints of karma to be carried in the next life.

The karma phala of each compartment will be the resource data for upcoming birth in terms of species (jaati) concerned with the right lobe; age in the species (Prarabdha karma) concerned with the mind or manas or Punya karma compartment and enjoyable resources (bhoga) concerned with left lobe compartment, which will be available in rebirth cycle.

8.2 How Mind Modification (Vritti) Comes in Chitta (brain)

Chitta is the storage yard for the Sanskara (impressions) of three types of karma and Vasana karma (repeated karma). It has three compartments, namely: storage of Adharma Karma on the right lobe, storage of dharma karma on the left lobe, and storage of Punya karma on the joint between the left lobe and right lobe (middle lobe). When the Prarabdha karma (Action to be consumed during lifespan) is taken out from these compartments, it (Prarabdha Karma) interacts with people, objects, places, and situations to form a certain kind of experience connected with the three qualities (guna) of nature (primordial matter). This is because the Chitta (storage yard) is under the influence of primordial matter with three gunas.

Similarly, the Kriyaman karma (action to be added during the present life span) adds the three kinds of experience under the influence of the three qualities of nature. Accordingly, the result of experience after interaction will have Sato guna (transparent or glow of light), Rajo guna (action-oriented or momentum in nature with distorted quality), and Tamo guna (still condition or Moha quality) as Vritti (mind modifications).

The Vritti (mind modifications) is a form of cover on Chitta along with three qualities due to interaction. If not eliminated or minimized, it gets added and becomes a hindrance for Sanchit karma available in three compartments of Chitta. Maharshi Patanjali visualized this kind of scenario and gave a solution to eliminate or minimize the Vritti (mind modification) to uncover the Sanchit karma with the help of meditation. After the removal of Vritti, the direct vision of stored karma in three compartments can be tackled to make them all in Sato guna condition in a progressive way carried out in deep meditation.

8.3 Maharshi Patanjali explores the simple way of meditation

The yoga sutra states “yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha” which comprises three words – Chitta, Vritti, and Nirodha. Chitta is a subject that can be understood with the help of three compartments that exist in the lobes. Vritti can be explored through experiences while interacting with people, objects, places, and situations. These four factors are means of interaction in daily life and can create Adharma karma, dharma karma, and Punya karma. Additionally, they can also create a Vasana (repeated karma) of three kinds. These three types of karma or associated Vasana caused during interaction become the Kriyaman karma (day-to-day storage of action carried with the associates). Chitta along with the Vritti has a combination of three qualities (guna) of Prakriti – Sato Guna (Transparent quality having light), Rajo Guna (Movement or momentum quality with distorted function), and Tamo Guna (still or Moha or turbid quality). The ingredients of Vritti will have an association of these three qualities and need to be worked upon so that the Tamo guna and Rajo guna quality of ingredients in Vritti should get transformed into Sato guna.

The word Nirodha means the separation of the ingredients connected with Tamo guna and Rajo guna after transforming their qualities into Sato guna. This kind of action is carried out in meditation without disturbing the three quantities of ingredients caused due to primordial matter. However, the qualities (guna) associated with all these quantities of ingredients will get transformed into Sato guna (transparent or light in nature). In this way, the three compartments of Chitta are tackled in three steps to get freedom from nature’s qualities.

At the beginning of meditation, the Tamo guna ingredients are activated from a still (Tamas) state to a movement state (Rajas). In the second stage, all the Rajo guna ingredients are transformed from a state of movement or momentum (Rajo guna) to a transparent or light form (Prakash). In the third stage of meditation, the ingredients are kept in a glowing light or Prakash (Sato guna condition) for an extended period, which can be maintained through regular meditation. This is why, regular meditation is necessary because if meditation is interrupted for a long time, the Sato guna can convert back to Rajo guna and Tamo guna. This is the concept of meditation in simple terms, taken from the Patanjali yoga sutra. During the process of meditation, the storage house of karma at Chitta, which has three compartments, is transformed into Sato guna qualities, which are full of effulgent light and the Swaroopa (mirror image) of truth or Parmatma. Achieving this scenario ensures that an individual’s Swaroopa will merge with the Swaroopa of truth. This way, by performing meditation, all the knots that exist in the brain (Chitta) are eliminated, and meditation aims to free an individual from all the grips of knots. It is interesting to note that a conducive scenario should prevail in all three compartments of the Chitta (brain), i.e., unconditional love (Sahaj prema) in the right lobe, concentration (Ekagratha) in the left lobe, and awareness (hosh) at the middle joints between the two lobes. This scenario should be incorporated into meditation to accelerate the process of deeper meditation.

In conclusion, Patanjali views the brain as Chitta, working like a platform with different compartments to store the action (Karma), Vasana (Repeated Karma), and Karma Phala (Responsible as decision maker for the Next birth). Technically, Chitta contains the compartment for i) Unrighteous action (Adharma Karma), ii) Righteous action (Dharma Karma), and Virtuous action (Punya Karma). It is to be understood that Chitta works like an auto-computing mechanism in the brain; where these actions are getting lodged and resulting karma (Karma Phala) in each compartment will automatically be computed. In principle, the three types of action create mind modification (Vritti) at the time of Individual interactions with people, places, objects, and situations in the external world. The emerging scenario of mind modification in Chitta is described in the Patanjali yoga sutra. To remove the mind modification (Vritti), Maharshi Patanjali explores the simple way of meditation in Ashtanga Yoga.

9. RELATION BETWEEN THE HUMAN BRAIN AND MEDITATION IN VEDIC SCIENCE

Indian Rishis dissect the brain to find different functional aspects connected with the senses of human systems. The approach adopted by Indian Rishis is well established in Vedic Science indicating the step-by-step manifestation and evolution concepts. Since the inception of the Universe, the Rishi found the dissection of the brain by adopting the different meditational approaches and they found a similar kind of result in each kind of meditation. That is why, Ashtanga Yoga describes the importance of meditation in “Antaranga Yoga”. It is also perceived that Meditation in the Brain reveals the different states of Matter including the plasma state. This chapter elaborates on the subject in detail.

9.0 Rishi and Human Brain

The mind, or Chitta, is where all our actions or karmas are stored. According to the “Patanjali Yoga Sutra”, the brain’s right hemisphere stores negative actions or Adharma karma, the left hemisphere stores positive actions or Dharma Karma, and the joint between the two (middle hemisphere) stores virtuous actions or Punya Karma. When a spiritual practitioner or Sadhaka reaches enlightenment, the mind becomes free from all karmas (Actions), including Adharma karma (Unrighteous action), Dharma Karma (Righteous action), and Punya Karma (Divine Action). This means that there are no knots left in the mind to cause the cycle of birth and death.

The brain is a vast reservoir of all the knowledge and happenings since the inception of human civilization. It contains all the events of living beings since their birth at eight types of memories exist in the human body. This (stored memory) can be explored partly by adopting certain aspects of concentration or Dharana and contemplation or Dyana of Antarang yoga given by Maharshi Patanjali.

In addition to Maharshi Patanjali, there are many Rishis, who described the yogic meditational aspects in some of the Upanishads. In this way, Indian Rishis have given the methodology to explore the unknown from nature through meditation. Maharshi Patanjali has provided Ashtanga yoga, which has two segments; the Bahiranga Yoga is connected with the five limbs of yoga, starting from yama and niyama up to Pratyahara or the withdrawal of the mind, and Antaranga Yoga is connected with concentration or Dharana, contemplation or meditation, and Samadhi at Turiya and beyond by cleaning Chitta (mind stuff) free from all modification or Vritti of mind. This indicates that the proper approach of Antaranga yoga can explore many unknown concepts of nature from the interstellar zone, planetary zone, and milky galaxy, which exists as a replica of the universe in different segments of the brain. The Rishis have taken the brain as the replica of the universe, where the meditational approach can be a driving force to explore the knowledge needed for the welfare of human civilization.

It’s worth noting that Indian Rishis have discovered the brain to be a laboratory to explore the mysteries of the universe. They do this by focusing on prana as energy and breath as space at different segments of the brain. This helps them to eliminate the imprints of duality and reestablish positive aspects of vision, leading to a peaceful and harmonious life. Similarly, scientists use telescopes and electron microscopes to study the position and characteristics of interstellar, interplanetary, milky galaxies and balancing zones, Indian Rishis use prana and breath as a telescope. Rishis uses the three inner instruments of manas (mind), buddhi (intellect), and Ahamkara (ego) as measuring instruments during deep meditation. Through this method of meditation, Indian Rishis have discovered the mysteries of the universe for millennia, while modern scientists have been exploring the universe for only a few hundred years.

9.1 Why the brain is used during meditation?

The human system is comprised of the body and brain, which work together to facilitate day-to-day life. The lower part of the body, including the feet and brain stem, contains the Manipura chakra (navel center), Anahata chakra (heart center), and Vishuddi chakra (throat center), which are responsible for regulating the biological functions of the body. The upper part of the brain, including the left and right hemispheres and associated parts is responsible for controlling the physical body. This controlling mechanism is closely connected to both nervous systems of human physiology.

It is important to note that the human brain can reveal deeper aspects of nature and spirituality. It has centers for different types of consciousness: individual consciousness (Jiva), cosmic consciousness (subtle or antriksh Chaitanya), absolute consciousness (Brahm Chaitanya), and indwelling consciousness (Sakshi Chaitanya). These centers allow the brain to explore the unknown through meditation, which is part of antarang yoga. During meditation, prana (energy or photon) is used as a force, while the breath (Swasa) is used to dissect the different parts of the brain and open up past karma imprints.

The three major centers of reflection consciousness, also known as mirror views of consciousness (Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 4) are cleaned during meditation. This allows the indwelling consciousness (Sakshi Chaitanya) at Bindu number 1 to be viewed through these reflecting centers. By achieving the purity of these reflecting conscious points, one can access indwelling consciousness at Bindu number 1 during meditation.

The bright light also known as the light of the lights, is associated with the inner consciousness or Sakshi chaitanyam. This light can be observed in its original form at Bindu number 1 (Sakshi chaitanyam) and also at the other three reflecting consciousness nuclei (Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, and Bindu number 4). This type of awareness of all four types of consciousness in the form of bright light is a sign of successful meditation.

In other words, deep meditation leads to perseverance, experience, and awareness of all four types of consciousness in the form of bright light. This (Bindu number 1 or witness consciousness) connects the entry and exit points of truth (Satyam). In this way, the brain is used for meditation to explore the “knowability of the individual” from the unknown aspects of nature and beyond. Understanding the higher dimension of the brain in terms of the ionic domain and particle movement leads to a correlation with similar events in physics, especially those connected with the plasma zone of physics.

9.2 Analysis between brain and meditation reveals the domain of the plasma zone of science

Meditation can explore the states of matter in a deeper depth of the brain. In this context, the practice of meditation can help us to understand the different states of matter that exist in different parts of the brain. These states could be similar to those that exist in modern science, but this needs to be confirmed by scientific investigation. The five states of matter are solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) can be linked to different nodal points of meditation, which correspond to different layers of the brain. This suggests that certain layers of the brain can explore the similarities that exist in the universe, where plasma is found in the interstellar and interplanetary regions of the universe.

This correlation raises the possibility that during meditation, certain layers of the brain may create plasma conditions in the human bloodstream, even at normal body temperature. The bloodstream consists of protoplasm beneath the blood membrane, which is covered by blood cells. The cytoplasm of the blood protects the DNA and RNA strands at the center of the blood cell, and itself (cytoplasm) is protected by the protoplasm.

In Deep meditation, by accessing the energy and space segments at the middle of the brain layers in the horizontal sector can ionize the protoplasm of the bloodstream. This horizontal part of the brain is composed of white mass and is also known as corpus Callosum in scientific terms. In a yogic way, the same (corpus callosum) is also known as a psychic tunnel. The meditator aims to reach this (corpus callosum) zone and deeper; where technically, the plasma zone of modern physics can be achieved at normal temperature. This suggests that deep meditation can transform the normal plasma of the human body while meditating at higher segments of the human brain and body, as described in Astanga Yoga and Upanishads.

This kind of analysis highlights the close relationship between the different segments of the brain and meditation and suggests that scientific investigation and spiritual vision can help us understand the known and unknown aspects of nature.

9.3 Correlation of Human Brain with Plasma State of Matter

It is interesting to note that the fourth state of matter remains in the Plasma Zone in the universe. The fifth state of matter which is Bose-Einstein- condensate (BEC) exists just above the plasma zone. We understand that the brain is the replica of the fourth and fifth state of matter of the universe, This is because; Our Indian Rishis have established that “Yatha Brahmande Tatha Pinde”; which means the objects and events exist in the Micro Cosom(human body and brain) are similar to the object and events exist in the Macro Cosom(universe). Taking this as an analogy, the brain could be taken as the domain for the fourth and fifth states of matter.

The image indicates the nuclei number four (4), three (3), and two(2) represent having richness in the brain as the fourth state of matter in the domain of the corpus Callosum of the brain. Whereas, above the corpus segment of the brain, in between Bindu number 1, Bindu number 2, and Bindu number 3 is the domain for the fifth state of matter. This indicates that these two states of matter (Plasma state and BEC state) are contained in the brain domain at normal temperature. Hence deep meditative approach at the plasma zone of the brain will provide us the ionized plasma in the brain and in the body too. In normal cases, blood contains proteins, ions, and minerals as constituents of protoplasm; and the same will get transformed into an ionized plasma zone.

The analogy states that the results obtained in meditation while diving into different nuclei of the brain should have the quality of Plasma Parameters established in Plasma Physics. During meditation, the blood cells experiencing the different zones of the brain domain will convert Normal Blood Plasma into Ionized Plasma by separating the ions (Highly Plasma State) in ionized form; at the same time, ejecting the electron from its orbit. The above analysis indicates that the nuclei or Bindu number 3 will be enriched by free electrons; whereas Bindu number 2 will be containment of fully ionized plasma during meditation. Similarly, Bindu number 4 may contain partially ionized plasma.

However, the authenticity of the ionized Plasma obtained in meditation should fulfill the parameters established in plasma physics. The validity of Ionized Plasma has to ensure the litmus test indicated in plasma physics especially, concerning the richness of “Ion content” in the ionized plasma sample obtained during meditation. On the other hand, the Genuineness of visualized Ionized Plasma during meditation should have the back up of yogic Upanishads; which provides clarity for different spaces (Akasha) indicating the richness property of Ion Particle in that particular Akasha (Space). Fortunately, Mandal Brahman Upanishad provides the clarity of different Akashas (space) with connected properties of matter or ion in the higher domains of the cosmos.

9.4 Deep Meditation converts normal plasma in human brain and body based on Mandal Brahman Upanishad

The Human Brain is a container of fully Ionized Plasma, Free electrons, and Partially Ionized Plasma during deep Meditation. This is because, the conclusive remarks are drawn based on the study of certain Upanishads, mainly connected with the meditational approach described in them (Upanishads).

In this connection, “Mandal Brahman Upanishad” is worthwhile to be mentioned here. This Upanishad (Mandal Brahman Upanishad) is part of Shukhla Yajurveda Upanishad; where a conversation between lord narayan and Rishi Yagyavalk happened. This Upanishad explores the facts based on the eight limbs of yoga. The explanation of this Upanishad is based on the English Translation (Mandal Brahman Upanishad) by K Narayan Swami; which is translated by “Swayam Prakash Sharma” in Hindi.

This Upanishad provides the methods to explore the higher dimensions of the brain with the help of different “Deep Insight (Antarlakshya)” to be followed during meditation. The Upanishad indicates that the outer deep insight approach (Vahya antarlaksh), inner deep insight approach (Andar Antarlakshya), and central deep insight approach (Madhya Antarlakshya) can be followed during deep meditation to have a thorough exploration of the cerebellum, cerebrum and mid part of the brain. The one approach among the three may also lead to exploring the higher dimensions of the brain; but, all three approaches will certainly provide the root or Turiya point, which is the entry and exit point of consciousness (Brahman).

This Upanishad (Mandal Brahman Upanishad) provides the scientific analysis for the fourth and fifth states of matter (Plasma State and Bose-Einstein Condensate State or BEC State) by clarifying the existence of five domains of Akasha (Space); where transformation for different particles like electron, proton, neutron and association of them can prevail and sustain.

The human body and brain are the replica of the universe (Brahmand); which is well known from the scripture “Yata Brahmande Tata Pinde”. As per Mandal Brahman Upanishad, there are five Akashas namely i) Normal Akasha (which is seen by the naked eye) ii) Paraakasha (in the field of the moon) iii) Mahakasha (in the domain of the milky galaxy) iv) Surya Aksha (in the field of sun) and v) Param Aksha (Turiya point or entry and exit of consciousness). The Upanishad provides the characteristics of these Akashas (Surya Akasha and Param Akasha); which are similar to the conditions indicated in the fourth and fifth state of matter in the scientific domain. The analysis given in the scenario of Mandal Brahman Upanishad and the quality(Guna) reflected in plasma and BEC zone of physics brings out the conclusion and the same can be understood with the help of the Bindu diagram explained in the SETU(Structural entanglement between truth and universe) diagram connected with human brain and body.

In brief, it is clear from Mandal Brahman Upanishad that the Bindu number 2 will be the nuclei for “Paraakasha”, the storage domain for Ionized Plasma. Similarly, Bindu number 3 will be the Nucleus for “Suryakasha”, the storage domain for free electrons. Likewise, Bindu number 4 will be the nucleus for “Akasha”, the storage domain for partially Ionized Plasma. However, in deep meditation, the fully ionized plasma condition has to be satisfied based on the plasma parameters of modern science.

9.4.1 Which part of the brain can ensure ionized plasma?

The brain consists of mainly cerebrum, Cerebellum, and mid part of the brain connected with the brain stem, hypothalamus, and thalamus glands. The mid part of the brain is well connected with the cerebrum and cerebellum at a deeper portion of the brain above the thalamus gland. Overall, the exploration of these glands with their connectivity provides many perceptions, experiences, and awareness for the meditator; which are similar to the scientific findings (results) in the external universe.

The domains explored in Veda for the interstellar, interplanetary, and balance zone of planets’ temperature seem to be parallel with the results (findings) of the James Webb telescope obtained on July 11, 2022. The similarity given in Veda and James web telescope can be verified to establish the statement “Yata Brahmande Tata Pinde”. This kind of parallel approach in spirituality and scientific domain can be established as a common platform for both exchanging each other; so that, the common mass (human being) should get the best possible healthy life. In this connection, it may please be noted that while diving down into deep meditation, the spiritual master found a stage, where ordinary blood plasma can be isolated from its constituents to sustain an ionized form. That kind of state could be observed as the Ionized State of Blood Plasma if the same fulfills the scientific condition connected with a fully ionized system obtained in the plasma state of physics.

The image provides an Exploration of yogic science and helps to get clarity for the domain of ionized plasma. The yogic science describes the plasma state of the brain in a “psychic tunnel or channel”; if the meditation is carried out in between the Agna chakra (The point between two eyebrows) or Sinus point and Bindu Visarga (Third ventricle or Top back of the head) connecting the psychic channel. This channel (psychic tunnel) exists in the corpus Callosum of the brain; which is the replica of the Milky Galaxy of the universe.

The two hemispheres in our brain are connected by a thick bundle of nerve fibers called the corpus callosum that ensures connectivity with both sides of the brain; which can communicate and send signals to each other. A combination of sensory, motor (Connected to R.L), and cognitive information (L.L.) is constantly being transferred between hemispheres via this neural highway. There are approximately 300 million axons (nerve fibers) in an average corpus callosum. It is located in the white matter of the cerebrum and is around 10cm long at the midline.

Fortunately, a deeper state of meditation at the third ventricle (Bindu Visarga chakra) or the top back of the head of the brain can provide the Ionization of the entire blood of the human system, if a meditator stay at this juncture for a prolonged time; say at least 10-15 minutes or so. This point is known as the “Sthiti Pragya” State in Bhagwad Gita. In yoga, the same is known as “Brahma Guha” or Absolute consciousness.

9.4.2 How long deep meditation is needed to obtain Ionized Plasma

The experience indicates that when a meditator stays “breathless and thoughtless” condition in the presence of effulgent light for a certain period (say about 10 minutes or so) and continues to stay without any outer impact of events; there is a possibility of having ionized plasma formation from ordinary blood plasma. This kind of vision has authentic support from many Upanishads; especially, from Mandal Brahman Upanishad.

In this connection, it is to be noted that the image indicates that in the Brain, Nuclei numbers 2, 3, and 4 will form a container for the fourth state (Plasma State) of Matter. The ordinary blood plasma, when stays within this container (Meditative zone of the brain) for a longer time (say about 10 minutes or higher time), will get converted into ionized plasma condition at room temperature.

It is clear from Mandal Brahman Upanishad that the Bindu number 2 will be the nuclei for “Paraakasha”, the storage domain for Ionized Plasma. Similarly, Bindu number 3 will be the Nucleus for “Suryakasha”, the storage domain for free electrons. Likewise, Bindu number 4 will be the nucleus for “Akasha”, the storage domain for partially Ionized Plasma. In deep meditation, the fully ionized plasma condition has to be satisfied based on the plasma parameters of modern science.

At the beginning of COVID-19, the environment was very polluted and tense. At the same time, the goodness part of COVID-19 was viewed by the intellectuals, scientists, and spiritual masters; in turn, the same (covid 19) provided us great contribution to the research of unknown from nature. The alert victims of COVID-19 could take this event as an opportunity and find many uniqueness of the same in the respective field of research.

9.5 Description of Plasma zone in modern Science and How the Meditator can make use of the same

Modern science got many revelations after the discovery of the James Webb telescope; especially, the information connected with the interstellar zone and the scenario behind the sun. The findings of modern science endorses the domain of “Hiranyagarbha” described in Veda and Upanishad; which (Hiranyagarbha) describes the phenomena happening for the formation of stars and their inhabitants in that domain. The similarity between Hiranyagarbha of vedic science and the phenomena of the interstellar zone provides a good solace to the meditator to experience the fourth and fifth states of matter in the brain while meditation at normal temperature.

In this connection, it is worthwhile to note that Science defines the plasma state for the matter behind the sun; where the formation of nebula and supernova in matured conditions are being carried out. Further, to maintain the richness of the hydrogen atmosphere in that region, the supernova burns and bombards the hydrogen; which in turn gets transformed into helium and photons under the fusion energy process. This state (behind the sun’s ball) is known as Hiranyagarbha State in Veda and Upanishad. This state (Hiranya Garbha state) is in between “truth” and the Universe as an exchanger (Connector).

An attempt is carried out by the meditator to explore the solution at the plasma zone in deep meditation. The deep meditation process reveals these points of connectivity represented by the fourth and fifth states of matter and beyond (The Existence of Truth). Based on the perception, experience, and awareness of the meditator in this scenario in the sky (Akasha) of the brain, the spiritual master concludes that the ordinary blood plasma will get fully transformed into ionized form; which can serve as inoculation (vaccine) against any killer diseases including covid-19. In brief, it was found that ionized plasma of the blood could be the sustainable vaccine for any killer virus or disease.

10. HOW THE MEDITATOR OBTAIN THE PRESENCE OF TRUTH (EFFULGENT LIGHT) IN THE EVOLUTION PROCESS(Spirituality supports to validate ionized plasma asalternative source)

The power of meditation can reveal the secret of the universe from different aspects of “Unknowability”. For this, the background of meditation has to be known progressively. In this connection, the connectivity between the body and the brain has to be synchronized. For example, there are three parts in the human body namely i) the left side of the body connected with the right lobe ii) the right side of the body connected with the left lobe, and iii) the middle part of the lobe (in between the left and right lobe) connected with the spinal cord. In these three parts, respective nadis are Ida, pingla, and Sushumna (vertebra) nadis; and they have association with the mind (manas), prana, and breath respectively. This means that Ida is associated with the mind (manas), Pingla is associated with prana, and Sushumna (spinal cord) is connected with breath. When the meditator is trying to clean and adjust Ida and pingla to have an easy flow in Sushumna; then, the meditator is doing different kinds of Pranayama. However, in meditation, the seeker (Sahdaka) works on these three nadis together and the same will get turned into meditation. In this way, the power of meditation exists by synchronizing the three nadis together.

10.0 The process to visualize the effulgent light (Akashiya Bijilee) by meditator

Lord Narayan explains the process of visualizing effulgent light for meditators or Sadhakas in Mandal Brahman Upanishad. There are three types of visualization methods for effulgent light namely i) Ama (closed eye meditation) ii) Pratipada (Half closed and Half Opened eye lid meditation) and iii) Purnima (Fully opened eye meditation). Ama refers to the night or no moonlight, while Pratipada is the first night of moonlight, and Purnima signifies the full moonlight. Initially, Sadhakas can perceive the effulgent light as clearly as they see on a night of no moonlight i.e. Ama. As they progress in their meditation, they can experience the first night of moonlight i.e. Pratipada. At the end of the meditation, Sadhakas can reach the level of perceiving the full moonlight i.e. Purnima. Sadhakas can observe the Ama sight with their eyes closed during meditation, the Pratipada sight with half-opened eyes, and the Purnima sight with fully opened eyes. To perceive the effulgent light as a full moon’s light, Sadhakas should be in a position to keep their eyes fully opened. The three methods for visualizing effulgent light can serve as a benchmark for Sadhakas to track their progress in meditation.

10.1 Presence of Effulgent Light Observed in Meditation

The verse number 22 of 13 the chapter of Bhagwad Gita explores the presence of effulgent light in meditation. The Verse explains the activities of different devas connected with the truth (satyam or effulgent light).

verse number 22 of the 13th chapter of Bhagwad Gita defines many Devas like Jivatma at Bindu number 5 is the Ansha (Part and Parcel) of Truth or Parmatma exists at Bindu number 1 (as Sakshi Chaitanya) and Bindu Number 1A (Turiyateeth Brahman).

It is also mentioned that Sakshi is upadrasta at Bindu number 1; deva as anumanta or Brahma, which provides the actual guidance and exists at Bindu number 3. The Deva namely Vishnu (also known as Bharta) provides the ingredients to sustain in the universe and the same is true at Bindu number 4. Similarly, the entities as bhokta, which is jivatma exist bindu number 5. Likewise, the controller of Brahma known as Maheshwara occupies the position of Bindu number 2.In brief, it can be explained the existence of different Devas in between Turiyateeth Brahman and Jivatma are (Bindu number 1A), Sakshi Chaitanyam at Turiya (Bindu number 1), Maheshwara at Bindu number 2, Deva is Brahma or anumanta at Bindu number 3, bharta or Vishnu at Bindu number 4 and Bhokta or Jivatma at Bindu number 5.The above scenario provides the layout of Parambrahman at Bindu number 1A and Sakshi Chaitanyam at Bindu number 1. These two Bindu do not exist in the brain; however, Bindu number 1 at Turiya point has to be evolved for entry of Parabrahm exists at Turiyateeth (Bindu Number 1A).

It is worthwhile to mention here that Sakshi Chaitanyam (Witness Consciousness) at Bindu number 1 provides the four Asana (nuclei) points to emerge himself in the universe as well as in the human brain and body to regulate the macrocosm and microcosm. In this connection, the four asanas are denoted by four bindus and they are Bindu number 2, Bindu number 3, Bindu number 4, and Bindu number 5 positions (asanas) of parambrahman in the universe. The human mind is engrossed with desires (polluted right lobe) & impure thoughts (exist in left lobe) and the same will generate the knots for bondage at four appearances (Bindu number 5, Bindu number 4, Bindu 3, and Bindu 2 )of Brahman in the universe. At the same time, if the human mind is free from desire (purified right lobe), and right thought (cleaned left lobe) will eliminate or minimize the dust of knots prevailing due to impure lobes. In this condition, the four asanas (appearances of Brahman in the universe) will work as a reflector (mirror) for Sakshi Chaitanyam (indwelling consciousness exists at Bindu number 1) to get reflected in the different paths of the brain (sky of the brain). This is the aim of meditation to make the domain of the brain free from any knots; so that, Paramprakash (the effulgent light), the identity of Paramatma (Brahman or consciousness) exist at Turiyateeth can be reflected or visualized in meditation.

At this point ( during the presence of effulgent light), the entire impurities as vriti or knots get dissolved and the human body and brain achieve complete purity; because of this, the content of the microcosm (human body and brain) achieve purity of fourth and fifth state of matter defined in modern science.

10.2 Advantage of Intense devotion (Parabhakti) in meditation to keep the Chitta free from mind stuff (Vritti)

Verse number 54 of the 18th chapter of the Bhagwad Gita states the stable condition of a meditator to achieve intense devotion through “Samatva yog” by opening the third eye. The Samatva yoga is the doorstep for the domain of witness consciousness below the crown of the head at Turiya Point. This state can be extrapolated to achieve ionized plasma in meditation; this is because the stability at sthiti pragya at Bindu number 2 helps to retain the ionized condition of blood plasma in the brain.

The meaning of the verse (Verse number 54 of the 18th chapter of the Bhagwad Gita) states that a yogi who gets dissolved in the domain of truth (Parmatma or Satyam) with intense devotion to keeping a blissful state, does not have a deep desire for anything and does not get displeased. The deep characteristics of a yogi are unique among the common mass (people). This is because; this kind of yogi becomes one with me (attaining Parabhakti amid effulgent light). The verse indicates that the realized person or a yogi stands in a blissful state in society and never feels loneliness because a yogi gets associated with the truth.

The verse indicates that at a higher stage of meditation, the mind loses its characteristics and becomes one with mind-stuff (Chitta) free from any impression (Vritti) on the left lobe, right lobe, and joining limbs of the two lobes. It is interesting to note that when a Chitta (mind stuff) gets purity (free from imprints); then, the effulgent light is reflected in different parts of the brain connected with Bindu Visarga (at Bindu number 2), agna chakra (at Bindu number 3), the lower part of the brain (at Bindu number 4) and also in the biological system of the body (Bindu number 4 and below).

10.3 How to achieve the progressive vision of effulgent light in Meditation

The effulgent light (Akashiya Bijilee) will have many kinds of shinings (chamak). The shining of effulgent light is proportional to the degree of dissolution of mind modification. if the dissolution of mind modifications is full then the mind becomes free from any Chitta vritii (mind modification). The brightness of effulgent light will be very high. At the beginning of meditation, the vision of starlight can be observed; which can be improved further by the light of a diamond (heera). Further progress in meditation can indicate the vision of a full moon’s light. After this, the Sadhaka may get the vision of the shining of nine jewels light (navaratna). After this (shining of navaratna light), the meditator can get the vision of light obtained in the mid-day of the sun and finally, a Sadhaka can get the vision of the flame’s color of fire (Agni).

10.4 How presence of effulgent light dissolves the imprints in meditation?

Verse number 11 of the 10th chapter of Bhagwad Gita; where Bhagwan Krishna explains the effect of His kindness to evolve the paramprakash (effulgent light) as the highest tattva (Ingredients) by dissolving the imprints in meditation.

The meaning of the verse indicates (verse number 11 of the 10th chapter of Bhagwad Gita) that Lord Krishna provides his kindness as evidence for the dissolution of ignorance of the meditator or Sadhaka. In this connection, He states that “I” (myself or truth) being present in the inner instrument (Antahkarna) of the Sadhaka, shows the grace (kindness) on the meditator to eliminate his (mediator’s) ignorance using tattva Gyana in the form of light of the lamp (Deepak). Lord Krishna further explains that his grace itself is the presence of effulgent light, which is like” the light of knowledge” (Gyana Agni) to dissolve all the “mind modifications” (Vritti) of the meditator. The verse explores that the effulgent light is the only powerful existence; which controls everything in the universe without having change. This has to be perceived, experienced, and inculcated in the pure mind of the Sadhaka; so that, the effulgent light can become the ever awareness of the meditator. The aboveverse provides the authenticity of effulgent light as truth or Paramatma; from which, all the ingredients exist in the universe (Brahmand) as well as in the human brain and body in the form of tattva (subtlest particles).

10.5 Merger of individual’s universe (Microcosm) with universality (universe created by truth) in the background of Science

The Brahmand (universe) exists because of the emergence of the truth. The individual creates the universe (bramand) by exploring the mind (three Antahkarna); hence, the individual has its universe (Brahmand). It is mentioned that Brahmand (universe) exists because it emerges from the truth. In the case of Human beings, we create the individual Universe (Brahmand). This means that in practice, the mind is the creator of the universe or Brahmand; where one floats throughout one’s life span. The universe created by the mind is full of duality. Even quantum theory (modern science) deals with wave-particle duality. The wave-particle duality of quantum science is unaware of its root. Because of this, the duality phenomena in science exist. If the root from where wave and particle emerge is found out; then, the duality concept of quantum mechanics can be re-engineered and the same will explore the universality point of quantum science. This indicates that science, which is the product of the mind, also works under the grip of duality (wave-particle duality). But, the universe created by truth does not have any duality as the same is the source of effulgent light having no “mind modifications” (Vritti) in the universe created by the truth. The analysis indicates that an individual’s universe has many limitations due to having the limitation of three Antahkarna. When the limitation under Antahkarna is completely erased by any means; then, there won’t be any individual’s universe that can merge with universality (created by truth or Satyam). This is possible with the help of yoga and meditation (especially, Antaranga yoga) to acquire the universality of the meditator.

In Mandal Brahman Upanishad, Lord Narayan explains to Rishi Yagyavalk that there are five Akashas (space) including visible Akasha (space) in the universe. The understanding of five Akashas including the visible Akashas provides the methodology to erase the mind modification (Vritti) from the inner instrument (Antahkarna) and they are i) Akasha ii) Paraakasha iii) Mahaaksha iv) Suryakasha and v) Param Akasha. These Akashas are full of Agni tattva of different intensities; to burn the imprints at different domains of Akashas. In yogic practice, the inner instrument (Antahkarna) gets completely dissolved in successive Akashas and then only the presence of Paraakasha (the existence of effulgent light) is visible. This kind of visualization is the sign of truth or Parmatma. It is interesting to note that the three fundamental particles of science (electron, proton, and neutron) are the root of creation and they are called constituents of the universe (Jagat). The individual mind (three Antahkarna) connects the existence of three fundamental particles with the higher domains of spirit through different Akashas. It is worthwhile to note that the dissolution of Manas, Buddhi, and Ahamkara happens at their roots and they are namely i) Viveka domain ii) Avyakta, and iii) Anshvr. By this process, Antahkarna (inner instruments) lose their Vritti or imprints by reaching their roots.

10.6 Bhagwad Gita provides the clarity between the force carrier of the particle physics model and the transparent quality of the inner instrument for exploring the higher dimension in the cosmos.

The brain contains five states of matter; especially, the fourth and fifth states of matter; which can be explored with the help of concentration (Driti) if the nucleus for the intellect and the concentration are kept in transparent quality. The transparent (sattva) quality of concentration before proceeding to meditation will make the inner instrument (Mind, intellect, and Ego) of transparent quality; which (transparent quality of inner instrument) will show properties similar to the force carrier explored in the particle physics model.

The Bhagwad Gita provides clarity for functional aspects of the inner instrument in the higher domain of meditation. It is to be noted that Perfection in meditation needs certain factors; which have been explained in the 18th chapter of Bhagwad Gita. In this connection, verse number 29 of the 18th chapter of Bhagwad Gita states that the nucleus of intellect (Buddhi) at Bindu number 3 is also the nucleus for Driti (concentration). This means that Bindu number 3 is the nucleus for intellect and concentration. The three qualities (Sattva, tamas, and rajas) are acting on intellect (Budd) as well as on Concentration (Driti). To have better Concentration (Driti), the intellect (Buddhi) and concentration (Driti) have to be of transparent (Satvik) quality

Hence next six verses of Bhagwad Gita are connected with intellect (Buddhi) and Concentration (Driti) to explain the scenario for obtaining transparent (Sattva) quality. This (Transparent quality) is essential for the meditator in depth to acquire the center of intellect and concentration in satvik quality (transparent nature). In this connection, it is to be noted that, Sadhaka should have Sattva quality of concentration in meditation; to get the power of the inner instrument (Antah Karna) as a force carrier similar to the force carrier of Particle Physics. This means that the force carrier explored in the particle physics model has a Transparent Quality (Sattva Guna) and the same is similar to the transparent quality (Sattva Guna) of three inner instruments available in human beings

Bhagwad Gita indicates the same in verse number 33 of the 18th chapter by distinguishing Tamas and Rajas quality of concentration.

The meaning of the Verse (verse number 33 of the 18th chapter of Bhagwad Gita) indicates that Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna that the power of a mind as a carrier in transparent quality (sato guna) will be able to have control of Indriyas (sense organs) along with the force (prana). This (Transparent quality) kind of force carrier (Sattva quality of inner instrument) is essential for meditation to explore the root of the inner instrument (Antahkarna).

It is interesting to note that the root of Antakarna (Mind, intellect, and ego) exists at a higher dimension in the cosmos (In the sky of the brain); so that, the transparent quality of the force carrier (Antah karna or inner instrument) is strengthened. The verse indicates the importance of acquiring Sato Guna (Transparent quality) of mind in meditation to get the higher dimensions inside the brain free from dense imprints. This is the aim of meditation.

10.7 How to achieve effulgent light in meditation and its (effulgent light) advantage.

Technically, the sadhaka or meditator should have rhythmic regulation on inhalation and exhalation. During inhalation (breath in), the breath should come down inside the stomach and the belly should get expanded; while exhalation (breath out), the flow of breath should be upward and the belly should shrink. This practice should be very rhythmic and should be carried out slowly. having control of rhythmic breathing inhalation and exhalation, the mind should be kept on the breath as a rider and the same (mind) should also move along with the breath going inside the belly while expansion and mind should follow the breath while exhalation in cases of contraction of the belly. This kind of practice is very important to control the mind along with the breath flow; which will provide a tremendous effect on a stage called “Keval Kumbhak”; which is the natural suspension of the breath at the end of inhalation and also at the end of exhalation. The keval kumbak obtained while inhalation is called “inner keval kumbak” and the same (keval kumbhak) obtained by the end of exhalation is called “outer (external) keval Kumbhak”.

Natural prolonged keval kumbak (not forcefully prolonged keval kumbak) is the means for experiencing or observing the effulgent light of the truth. As deep as keval kumbak exists at the end of inhalation and exhalation (especially, at the end of exhalation); the shining of effulgent light will be present without any fluctuation during the period of meditation. The Mandal Brahman Upanishad explains the progressive presence of effulgent light during closed eyes meditation and the same is further developed while half opened eyes meditation. in the long run of deeper meditation, the presence of effulgent light can be viewed in the sky of the brain even with fully opened eyes condition. The Sadhaka (meditator) should check the presence of effulgent light at the root of the jaws (called lower agana “ in yogic terms) and the same is also known as the point of “individual consciousness”. The presence of effulgent present in the middle of two eyebrows while opened eye meditation is a sign of achieving cosmic consciousness. The presence of this kind of effulgent light at the middle deeper of two eyebrows (called agna chakra) is known as the “third eye opening of shiva” in Rajyoga. Technically, the presence of effulgent light at half of the length in between agna chakra and bindu Visarga is the point for the third eye experience.  The presence of effulgent light at the third eye domain is also known as the “Viveka domain” in gyan yoga; “Mahat or Mahan” in karma yoga and “Hanumanth tattva” in Dyan yoga. However, the presence of effulgent light obtained in the top back of the head or third ventricle is known as the development of “absolute consciousness” or “Brahm Guha”. Likewise, the observation of effulgent light at the top of the head or crown chakra is known as “Sakshi Chaitanya” (witness consciousness) at Turiya point; which is the gateway for the entry of truth (Satyam). The effulgent light present in the meditator’s brain at all four important points connected with consciousness (individual consciousness, cosmic consciousness, absolute consciousness, and indwelling consciousness); is the authentic indication for carrying out deep meditation. For them (meditators), there will not be any night as they will have the backup with the presence of effulgent light all the time. During meditation, when Sadhaka or meditator can get the presence of effulgent light; the scenario is known as the state of “Chitta Vritti Niroda” state of Patanjali. This means there is no “mind modification” (vritti) in Chitta. It is to be noted that whenever the mind loses its grip or the mind becomes “no mind” or “Amaniya Bhava”; the same (mind) becomes the chitta without having any mind modification (vritti). Another advantage of obtaining the presence of effulgent light ensures the grip for the domain of “Viveka” or “third eye of shiva” or the good catch-up of “Hanumanth tattva”. This (vivek tattva or third eye or Hanumant tattva) will have many opening gates at its left and right and also at its up and down. That is why, in Hanuman Chalisa, this point (Hanumant tattva point) is called the doorstep of lord rama (ram dware tum rakhware).

The Mandal Brahman Upanishad explains the further reach of Sadhaka to obtain the “inner insight” (bhitari antardrusti), “outer insight” (Vahya antardrusti), and also to obtain the “Amanaska” (obtaining the vision of neelkanta with divine mother). Further, the presence of effulgent light observed at Turiya or Turiyateeth makes the Sadhaka free from the hidden grip of the factors connected with “life after death”. The meditator or Sadhaka can reach the root of truth or Satyam, which is the source of effulgent light. In this connection, let us recall the Upanishad; which states that there was darkness before the creation, and from darkness, the subtle substances (sukshma tattva) of truth or satyam came into existence. At its (truths) root, there were five basic elements (Panchamahabooth) like space (Akasha), air (vaayu), fire (Prakash or Agni), water (jal), earth (privthi) came out with shining of Akashiya Bijilee (effulgent light). This (truth) exists at Turiyateeth and Turiya. Further, its (truth) appearance has to be understood in terms of effulgent light.

The meditator tries to correlate the truth (Brahman); which is god beyond creation and its appearance as God in creation. Many Upanishads explore the four appearances of the truth (God beyond creation) in the universe and they are four padas (asanas) or the controlling functional center of the universe. These centers are located in the universe as well as in the human system. The meditator tries to clear the four functional controlling appearances of Brahman in the brain; so that, there should be an opening of gateway for Brahman to enter inside the human brain to reflect its effulgent light through all the four centers. This needs four centers in the brain domain that should work like a reflector of the effulgent light; so that, the effulgent light of the truth is purely reflected inside the brain and the body. Normally, the reflecting domains in the brain have mind modification (Vritti) and they seem to be dust-covered layers because of mind modification (Vritti). It means that these four centers are like a mirror full of dust due to our karma called by the three inner instruments of the human system. In the process of meditation, the meditator can clean these centers to have these centers work as a cleaned mirror for reflecting the effulgent light of the truth coming from Turiya (witness consciousness) centers are located at the heart chakra having a function of Brahm and Maya together; near the Vishuddi chakra as the power of truth (brahman) in duality at manas or mind; the nucleus at the agna chakra as three devas and at Bindu Visarga, the Brahman is alone or atma tattva.

These four functional aspects of appearances of Brahman can get purified, energized, and able to have a transcendental nature and they will be obtained depending on the development of longer suspension of breath (keval kumbaka); The meditator is trying to work on these centers during meditation; so that, these (controlling function centers) should be free from mind modification in the human brain and body to obtain the equanimity between Brahm beyond creation and functional aspects of Brahm in creation. By obtaining this aim, One or Sadhaka attains freedom from all hindrances including “life after death”. By achieving this (equalizing the four Brahman’s appearance in the universe with the truth or god beyond creation) the universe gets dissolved in the truth. This indicates that all the “mind modification” of our previous karma (Sanchit karma) gets dissolved and one is free from the grip of life after death.

10.8 The state of sthiti pragya in meditation ensures the presence of Ionized Plasma

Verse number 53 of the 18thchapter of the Bhagwad Gita explores the eligibility of devotees or Sadhaka for understanding “Brahmavidya” with the help of meditation. This verse is also important for the eligibility of the meditator to achieve the state of “Sthiti Pragya” explained in the second chapter of the Bhagwad Gita. In this connection, it is to be noted that the deeper meaning of the verse investigates the conditions in meditation for obtaining ionized plasma.

The meaning of the verse indicates that Lord Krishna explains the condition for achieving stability in Brahmanhood. Bhagwan Shri Krishna states that by renouncing ego, force (bala), pride, desire, anger, and sense of grabbing others’ property, the Sadhaka or meditator will remain in the domain of truth. The same can be ensured if a Sadhaka does regular meditation without having a deep attachment with people, objects, or situations and observing peace of mind. The verse indicates that following the above conditions, the meditator will achieve the state of “Buddhi yoga” (presence of effulgent light) at the Agna chakra. Next, the meditator can develop “Samatva yoga” (opening of the third eye or Viveka tattva) just below the Turiya point and can also develop “Stithi Pragya” (presence of effulgent light) at the top back of the head or third ventricle or Bindu Visarga point; Sthiti Pragya point will connect the entry point for “Sakshi Chaitanyam” or “witness consciousness” at the crown of the head known as Turiya.

The development of Sthiti Pragya in meditation and remaining there for some time will ensure the conditions connected with the fourth state of matter; which is the Plasma zone of physics. Though, the plasma zone of physics remains at a very high temperature; the Stithi Pragya (equivalent to the plasma zone of physics) is explored at normal temperature in meditation. The state of “Samatva Yog” will ensure the separation of the orbital electron; because of this, the ions (combination of proteins, minerals, etc of the Meditator’s blood) will remain safely in the plasma zone. This indicates the probability of obtaining Ionized Plasma in meditation.

10.9 How meditator gets connected with Turiya or Turiyateeth

Normally, the common people have awakened, Dream State, and Deep Sleep State in day-to-day life. In addition, there are two more states (connected with witness consciousness and consciousness leading to the silence zone); which require to adoption of the evolution of the meditational aspects to get evolved. The three normal states are connected to the three domains of consciousness. They are individual consciousness, cosmic consciousness, and absolute consciousness. In addition, the witness consciousness in the silence zone evolving during meditation and they exist at Turiya and Turiyateeth centers. The five kinds of consciousness and five domains of Akshas are interconnected and their connectivity can be obtained with the help of meditation. In the process of meditation, the four Padas of Brahman in the universe are located, purified, and energized, and the same is made transcendental connectivity in deep meditation. In simple language, it can be said that meditator uses five states of Chaitanyata (consciousness of mind) like Achetan, Chetan, Avchetan, Adichetan and Vishsist chetan manas along with five existing domains of space (Akasha) while dissolving the Vritti (mind modification) to get evolved in Turiya (witness consciousness) and Turiyateeth (origin of Param Consciousness).

10.10 Scenario Observed in deep meditation along with Nishkam Karma (Having No desire for Fruits)

Verse number 12 of the 12th chapter of the Bhagwad Gita states that Nishkam karma along with the meditation of Swaroopa (effulgent light) is the best possible meditation.

The meaning of the verse explains the revelation of Lord Krishna combining Nishkam Karma and Meditation. Bhagwan Shri Krishna reveals the secret of deep meditation in chronological order. He states that without knowing the right way of meditation, the meditator does not get the advantage of meditation. Technically, the Sadhaka should know “why he or she does the meditation?” without having the right knowledge of meditation. This is because knowledge connected with the process of meditation with a certain aim is superior to randomly carried meditation. Lord Krishna further explains that the aim for no desire of fruits in meditation is still superior to the complete knowledge connected with the “No mind” or “Full mind Meditation”. This is because Nishkam karma comes under the purview of detachment (tyaga) in the process of meditation; which brings instant peace of mind in a “still condition”. Lord Krishna indicates the conditions for the best possible meditation.

Bhagwan Krishna explains the effulgent light obtained during meditation must have the backup of no desire for fruits; otherwise, there will be some imprints (trace of mind modification or vritti) leftover because of inbuilt evolution memory, genetic memory, karmic memory, emotional memory, and energy memory, etc. To have complete cleanliness of the root of the knots, meditation with no desire for fruits (Nishkam Karma) is essential to have the best possible meditation.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORTS THE NEED FOR ALTERNATIVES SOURCE AMID OF MESSANGER RNA VACCINE

Social media have been educating people since the inception of COVID-19 connected with its pandemic effect on mass and also on the development of vaccines in many parts of the world. It took about 2 years for medical science to discover a suitable vaccine after pharmaceutical tests on different age groups of people. The vaccine developed against COVID-19 worked effectively to combat the damaging effects of covid-19 pandemic; but, the same has created many adverse side effects in the human system after they took the vaccine. One of the reports by “Dr. Peter McCullough testifies in the European Parliament to end all Covid-19 Vaccines” through a press conference (https://wwwyoutube.com/watch?v=THEUKERqBO4) and the same was circulated by social media informing the side effects of the vaccine.

In this connection, It is to be noted that social media has reported very harmful side effects of the messenger RNA Vaccine developed for Europe and the USA

11.0 In the case study of Myocarditis patients

In the press report of Dr. Peter McCullough, He indicated that aftervaccination of messenger RNA Vaccine, there was a great impact on myocarditis patients. This clarifies that the Messenger RNA vaccine was thought to be a good approach; but, the same has not protected or taken care of the protoplasm and bloodstream in the blood cells.

11.1 Ionized Plasma can be an Alternative Source

The inoculation of Ionized Plasma (yet to be validated), perhaps, will be the ideal solution to protect against any kind of Killer viruses; hence the same could be taken for pharmaceutical and clinical trials after obtaining it (Ionized Plasma). This needs a joint venture between spiritual masters (Experienced Meditator or Deep Followers of Antaranga yoga given by Maharshi Patanjali), Microbiologists, and scientists to obtain and preserve the same (Ionized Plasma).

11.2 Presence of lethal spike Protein observed after Messanger RNA inoculation

Dr. Peter quotes about the effect of lethal spike protein present as a part of the virus and the same needs to be tackled. In this connection, The webinar dated 28th July 2020 connected with a “A talk on Proposal of use of Ionzied Plasma as a vaccine for COVID-19” available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT5doOe09xo&t=18s and also available on “Yogi Amrendra” youtube channel, highlights the removal of (potentially lethal Protein) unwanted material or protein from the blood cells; which could be the lethal spike protein from outer layer of the blood. This can be carried by replacing them with the help of Ionized Plasma having no contamination due to passing through the plasma condition. It is worthwhile to note that Dr Peter McCullough’s observation supports the vision expressed in the webinar to protect or save the inner layer without touching the DNA and RNA (Genetic code) strands at its (cell’s) core. This observation of the doctor strengthens my views (expressed in the book and also in the webinar) to face the challenge of any killer virus if the lethal protein is somehow managed to get removed from the blood cells.Dr. Peter’s Video also quotes the peer-reviewed papers (thirty-four hundred peer-reviewed papers) that proved the presence of spike protein (Host virus) along with the circulation of lethal virus for more than six months and a higher duration. This indicates that the host-virus could have been more active to attract the differentness exponential chain of COVID-19. This is because; the presence of lethal protein was a helping hand for covid-19 virus to reach the host cells (Spike protein) easily.

11.3 Suggested Removal of Messenger RNA Vaccine from the Market

It is to be noted that the World Council for Health Reported on 11th June 2022 and issued a pharmacy vigilance report stating that to remove all the COVID-19 vaccine from the market. This indicates that the Messenger RNA Vaccine was not a successful attempt. However, the proposed joint venture between the spiritual master and scientist in context with the proposed Ionized Plasma needs thorough research to obtain an alternative medical approach.  Based on pharmaceutical and clinical research, DR. Peter McCullough and his associates (American surgeons and American physicians) claim that messenger RNA is not at all a successful vaccine and He has proved his statement by quoting the effect of Messenger RNA Vaccine on many kinds of diseases. This indicates that it is high time for the microbiologist, medical scientist, and spiritual master to come forward for a joint venture to have Ionized Plasma as alternative source for killer diseases including COVID-19. In addition, Dr. Peter Mccullogh has also reported the adverse effects of the Messanger RNA Vaccine on many diseases and they are as follows:-

11.4 In the Domain of Cardiovascular Disease

The media reported that the cardiovascular domain of damage in the human body from the vaccine is substantially more than anything. We have ever seen cholesterol high blood pressure diabetes, the second major dominant neurologic disease stroke both ischemic and hamorgeic gyombe (related to hemoglobin) syndrome ascending paralysis, that can lead to death; which has led to death with the messenger RNA vaccine agreed by all of our regulatory agencies. The author of the book (Professor A N Pandey) views the observation obtained by this cardiologist (Dr. Peter McCullough) indicates that to RNA Vaccine given to cardio patients, has probably accelerated death. However, In the case of Ionized Plasma as a vaccine, the lethal protein will easily be removed. In addition, Ionized Plasma will strengthen the protoplasm layers domains of the blood; which in turn protects the Cytoplasm covering RNA and DNA. This kind of joint approach needs pharmaceutical trials to get approved.

11.5 Side effects on Small fiber neuropathy, numbness, tingling and ringing in the ears, and headaches.

Dr Peter Mccullogh reported that these are common major domain blood clots like we have never seen before. The spike protein is the most thermogenic, we have ever seen in human medicine. It’s found in blood clots, the spike protein causes blood clots, blood clots larger and more resistant than blood thinners than we have ever experienced in human medicine. I have patients with blood clots now going on two years, and they are not dissolving with conventional blood thinners due to the vaccine, we can’t remove from the body. We can’t get the RNA messenger or spike protein out of the body as is continually produced.

11.6 Conclusive remarks by Dr Peter Mccullough

Our (Dr. Peter’s Mccullough team) conclusion states that 73.9% of deaths after vaccination are due to the vaccine. I am the senior author and I found that it (myocarditis) is due to the vaccine, not COVID respiratory illness. It is my observation on this paper by Dr. Peter McCullough; where Dr indicates that myocarditis patients during and after vaccination did not suffer because of covid-19 but because of the vaccine. This clarifies that the Messanger RNA vaccine was thought to be a good approach; but, the same has not protected or taken care of the protoplasm and bloodstream in the blood cells. However, inoculation of Ionized Plasma, perhaps, will be the ideal solution to protect against any kind of Killer viruses; hence the same could be taken for pharmaceutical and clinical trials afterobtaining it (Ionized Plasma). This needs a joint venture between spiritual masters (Experienced Mediator or Deep Followers of Antarnga yoga given by Maharshi Patanjali), Microbiologists, and scientists to obtain and preserve the same (Ionized Plasma). The World Council for Health reported on 11th June 2022 and issued a pharmacy vigilance report stating that to remove all the COVID-19 vaccine from the market. This indicates that the Messenger RNA Vaccine was not a successful attempt. However, the proposed joint venture between spiritual master and scientist in the context of Ionized Plasma needs thorough research to obtain an alternative medical approach.

12. A JOINT VENTURE PROPOSAL TO OBTAIN IONIZED PLASMA AS ALTERNATIVE SOURCE

From the title, it is evident that a groundbreaking idea is being developed but it is still in the incubation period and yet to be implemented. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it became crucial to work on this concept to tackle the virus, especially since there were no known ways to counter its effects or stop its rapid spread within the scientific community.

12.0 Is Ionized Plasma Recognized as a ‘Cure’?

Ionized plasma is believed by spiritual masters to be the solution to cure all known diseases in the modern world. However, despite this knowledge being known for centuries, it was not brought to the forefront because modern civilization has always relied on science to provide all the answers. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, people all around the world were dying by the thousands, and governments were helpless as the scientific community struggled to provide answers on how to tackle the virus. Understanding the virus was the first step in finding a solution and time was of the essence. This was a rude awakening for the world, especially since science was believed to have all the answers up until this point.

12. 1 Why Ionized Plasma was not suggested?

In recent decades, there has been a growing belief that spirituality may provide answers to some of the questions that science has yet to answer. However, this belief is only valid in matters where ideas are corroborated by both sides. Despite this, the scientific community still has faith in its ability to find answers. Spirituality can only be implemented with the support of modern science. It requires the backing of governments, the acceptance of the masses, and the active support of the scientific community. Enthusiastic individuals have come to realize that it takes a collaboration of like-minded people to get things started. To obtain ionized plasma, a high-level meditator, microbiologist, medical doctors, and therapists must work together as a team. This team can then collect a sample that can be used to help those in need. Unfortunately, the lack of teamwork has stalled this research program, and it has since been put on hold. By the time the team was ready to resume their work, the Covid-19 pandemic had already begun.

12.2 Hope re-kindled to voice my concerns and seek its implementation

In March 2020, Covid-19 entered India, and the government declared a nationwide lockdown. A month later, during my daily meditation practice, I had a vision that the virus had a seemingly simple cure. I consulted with my Guruji and other spiritual masters and suggested that the solution lay in obtaining Ionized Plasma and injecting it into certain Covid-19-infected patients. However, apart from my Guruji a spiritually elevated Swami, no one believed that I could have the solution.

Despite the lack of belief, I continued to think about the potential cure and received a second vision to pursue it further. On July 27, 2020, I delivered a webinar on the topic of Ionized Plasma as a cure for most modern-day illnesses, including COVID-19, Cancer, and HIV. At that time, the world was still uncertain about how to effectively deal with the virus. Although vaccines had been proposed, there was no certainty that they would work, and manufacturing was still months away.

The scientific community, which has historically not taken spirituality seriously, scoffed at my proposal, just as they had the first time. Eventually, COVID-19 was controlled through vaccines developed by a few manufacturers across the world, and India set a Guinness World Record for the maximum number of individuals inoculated since the outbreak of the virus. However, new variants of the virus continue to emerge, and rumors of deadlier viruses persist.

This reality has made me realize that the situation is ripe for people to take notice, given the lockdowns, economic crises, and other major inconveniences that have arisen. The same topic of the webinar could now be reframed as “A Talk on the Use of Ionized Plasma as a Vaccine for COVID-19” as a research program for scientists and spiritual masters to work on obtaining and utilizing Ionized Plasma as a remedy for upcoming viruses, including killer diseases.

12.3 The focus of the likely Webinar

A planned strategy or approach is crucial to ensure a Webinar gets the attention it deserves. Since a Webinar is online and attendees have the option to switch off their minds or the connection, the agenda must cover the most relevant issues to be taken up, discussed, and exchanged. This will keep the theme resonating in the minds of the participants long after the event. The Webinar should have a proactive and knowledgeable host with a spectrum of experts, including members of the scientific community and figures known for their spiritual pursuits and commanding mass presence. Additionally, individuals in the higher echelons of power, position, and wealth could influence a favorable decision to explore the possibilities and provide financial backing. With these inputs in mind, let us explore the subjects that the Webinar could cover. These subjects must have a bearing on a planned and collaborative approach between those of scientific temper and those inclined towards the pursuit of spiritual excellence, brought together into a unified existence to see that Ionized Plasma gets its day to prove its worth for countering future attacks of any kind.

The Webinar would consist of burning and current issues, such as i) Scenario & Vision during the Pandemic of Covid 19 ii) The Innovative Approach of Modern Science & Spirituality related to the combat of future viruses reveals the concept of meditation iii)  How to achieve Ionised Plasma in meditation iv) In Context with Blood Cell as Micro Cosm and plasma physics as Macro Cosm v) Regarding Connectivity between interstellar, Galaxy, interplanetary and background zone with significant zones obtained in meditation vi) The Veda and Upanishad support the meditational approach in depth vii) The Validity of Ionised Plasma obtained during Meditation viii) Additional Research suggests that a team of different disciplines has to be formed

12.3.1 Let us see each of them in detail

i) Scenario & Vision during Pandemic of Covid 19

During World War II, Plasma therapy was developed to help re-equip injured soldiers. In the current pandemic, many lives have been lost due to the rapid spread of COVID-19. As a possible treatment, conventional plasma therapy was attempted by taking plasma from individuals who had already recovered from COVID-19 and injecting it into those who were newly infected, but this approach was not successful.

ii) The Innovative Approach of Modern Science & Spirituality related to the combat of future viruses reveals the concept of meditation

During meditation, innovative vision could lead to the discovery of using ionized plasma as a remedy for deadly diseases and viruses. An explanation of ionized plasma in the bloodstream is required.

iii) How to achieve Ionized Plasma in meditation

Ionized plasma is the fourth state of matter. Plasma is a gas that has been ionized by adding enough energy to free electrons from atoms or molecules. This process is called ionization, which results in an atom or molecule gaining a positive or negative charge by losing or gaining electrons. Interestingly, the state of ionized plasma can also be achieved through meditation.

During deep meditation, energy and space along with the bloodstream get connected to the brain and retain its properties. This connection results in the blood plasma of the meditator becoming completely ionized, similar to the ionized plasma achieved in physics. To reach the Ionised Zone during meditation, there are two types of meditation – Mindful meditation and No Mind meditation. Mindful meditation is practiced in Buddhism and Sankhya Principle meditation, while No mind meditation is practiced in the Patanjali way of meditation. Similar types of meditation are followed in the Western world by Sufi Sants in Egypt and Priests of the church who follow the “Christ Consciousness” concept.

There are several other types of meditation such as Deep Sleep Meditation, Third Eye Meditation, Psychic Death Meditation, Indwelling Meditation, or Sakshi bhava Meditation, which are practiced in India and other parts of the world to obtain the domain of effulgent light; which is the Zone of Ionized Plasma.

When a meditator reaches the deepest state of meditation and visualizes effulgent light for a continuous period of around 15-20 minutes, the complete blood plasma gets ionized to its highest level of purity. At this time, the pure form of ionized plasma can be extracted from the mediator’s blood, and the rest of the blood would be injected back into the meditator’s blood, similar to the process followed in ordinary plasma therapy.

To establish individual connectivity with universality, five layers of Plasma Physics and Five Layers of Mind and Prana in the Human Body are described in the Webinar. In this connection, the third and fourth layers of plasma physics along with the third and fourth layers of the meditator’s brain connected with awakened, dream, and deep sleep states are the domains to obtain Ionized plasma.

iv) In Context with Blood Cell as Micro Cosm and plasma physics as Macro Cosm

The following is a description of how a virus attacks a cell. A cell is made up of a nucleus that contains DNA and RNA, surrounded by cytoplasm and protoplasm. The blood cell has a membrane that helps it to regulate the nutrients in the blood. The virus doesn’t attack the human system directly, but instead penetrates the organs, and tissues, and finally attacks the cells. Once inside the cell, the virus tries to destroy the protoplasm, which in turn affects the cytoplasm and damages the DNA and RNA strands.

In the webinar, the similarities between the concept of Plasma Physics and the achievement of Ionized Plasma during meditation were discussed. The webinar described five layers of Plasma Physics and five layers of mind and prana in the human body. The scientific laws of Plasma Physics and spiritual concepts of Meditation can work together to achieve Ionized Plasma in a protected state. This ionized plasma can be the solution for vaccines for any virus, including COVID-19, and could also be a remedy for future viruses.

v) Regarding Connectivity between interstellar, Galaxy, interplanetary, and background zones with significant zones obtained in meditation

The webinar explains how a meditator can access the environment of interstellar and other domains of the cosmos. The meditator’s approach deals with specific nuclei or points in the brain, allowing them to reach the plasma zone of the brain, which is equivalent to the interplanetary and interstellar zone of the universe. An integrated approach that combines modern science and spirituality needs to be explored.

The connectivity between the microcosm and macrocosm indicates that the Yogi can go beyond the cosmic range, as science has established heavenly data in terms of photons. To achieve this, the activation of brain neurons is required to open up the psychic channel in the brain, enabling the meditator to have a direct connection with the cosmos and beyond during meditation.

vi) The Veda and Upanishad support the meditational approach in-depth

Let us examine the Basis for Macro Cosm & Micro Cosm and how they are connected. The Taitriya Upanishad provides information about different elements called Devas in the Universe. There are eight Devas in total, including God, who is the controller of the entire universe. This is also endorsed by Bhagwad Gita and another Upanishad. The Spiritual Awareness Program (SAP) in Hyderabad, India has developed a “Model of the Universe” that consists of eight nuclei, as described in the Upanishad, and the same is elaborated in Chapter 10. This model explores the manifestation and evolution process that is happening in the universe and establishes the interstellar, galaxy, interplanetary, background, animates, and inanimates present in the universe. Similarly, the human system including the brain is called Micro Cosm, and the arrangement of eight nuclei in the human system has been established. The same connectivity and function as described in the Macro Cosm domain is present.

The connectivity between the Micro Cosm & Macro Cosm indicates that the Yogi goes beyond the Cosmic Range. Science has established heavenly data in terms of photons. Activation of brain neurons opens up the psychic channel in the brain, allowing for a direct connection with the cosmos and beyond during meditation.

vii) The Validity of Ionised Plasma obtained during Meditation

There is a phenomenon that can be supported by scientific instruments and concepts from Veda. To validate the existence of Ionized Plasma, scientific conditions such as the endorsement of the graph related to Theta and Delta brainwave measured by E.E.G or E.M.G instrument by the meditator are necessary. The extracted ionized plasma should be hydrogen-rich in alkaline form, and RNA of Ionized Plasma must have a single strand, and DNA should have a double strand. This signifies the healthiness of the DNA structure of Ionized Plasma. Rig Veda provides the validity to obtain Ionized Plasma through its mantra number and verse number 1-136-2. According to this mantra, an in-equilibrium or Asamyavastha, powerful effulgent light blossoms out in the form of a bright light spark under the rules of Nature the absolute. The effulgent light can be captured during deep Meditation. Veda also endorses the production of Gamma Rays by colliding matter and anti-matter at the Human Psychic Collider.

The connectivity between the Micro Cosm & Macro Cosm indicates that the Yogi goes beyond the Cosmic Range. Science has established heavenly data in terms of photons. Activation of brain neurons opens up the psychic channel in the brain, allowing for a direct connection with the cosmos and beyond during meditation.

viii) Additional Research suggests that a team of different disciplines has to be formed

It is important to have a team comprised of personnel from different disciplines to establish the formation and various utilities of ionized plasma. The team should include a microbiologist, medical doctor, therapist, meditator, and research personnel. The process involves obtaining ionized plasma from the meditator under the guidance of other team members. The team should focus on achieving the following goals: a) Obtaining scientific certification of ionized plasma b) Quantification of the dose for vaccines and killer diseases c) Conducting medical trials on different diseases d) Obtaining final approval from ICMR in India or an authorized international agency. It is worth noting that the use of ionized plasma can also be explored for genetic engineering and DNA repair. If we aim to eliminate the threat of attacks on the human body by using the inner resources of a healthy body fortified by spiritual energy, Ionized Plasma can be an effective method. All it requires is the support of influential individuals within the scientific domain and those who are spiritually elevated. By working together, we can save countless lives in the future.
